The Cheesecake Factory - Restaurant in Bridgewater - 400 Commons Way Suite 270, USA

Out of all of the different locations I have ever been- this one by far was the best. Wait time was reasonable, food looked and tasted amazing.. it came out hot and fresh looking. Our server Oliver was so sweet and checked up on us in good times made sure our drinks were filled. He took the time to explain dish sizes and was extremely patient. I couldn’t have asked for better service all around.

This is the first time I visited this location. I visited Menlo Park Mall location a couple of times but not this one. The food tasted great and the service was also prompt. Our waitress was nice and helpful. The atmosphere was wonderful but.... unfortunately the table next to us were very noisy teenagers. That was the only thing that spoiled the great feeling for the whole dinner..... Maybe next time will be better.....

I regularly visit the Cheesecake Factory a few times per week for lunch. They have great food. I must say some of the staff are very good. Especially the young lady behind the pickup counter. One of the male staff members that works the pickup area consistently messes up our order. He sticks out because of his hat is always on backwards. It’s obvious he doesn’t care. Other than that, I have a good experience with better quality food than most fast food/restaurants in the area. I did have a bad experience a few months ago where I found glass in my food. I called them to let them know I found broken glass in the pasta and they said they would call me back but never did. That experience specifically stuck with me. I understand accidents happen, but at least address it professionally.

Visited today for lunch food and service was good. Quantity was decent too for one serving. What I didn’t like is the seating arrangement the sofa for 6 was too clumsy.

Cheesecake Factory is an overall nice place. Inside atmosphere is jusy too noisy. Service was good but errors were made with the order which our server quickly rectified. Having been here many times before, the food is always pretty good. Not my best visit.

My most recent time dining at cheesecake factory was a takeout order, so this review will reflect that specifically. Our order was generally good as far as quality and preparation, although my Louisiana chicken pasta was for some reason a bit greasier than I remember it from the last time. I was still able to enjoy most of it before I reached the really soggy parts. My wife was disappointed that the cashew chicken dish apparently has been discontinued, which was a perennial favorite. A flatbread pepperoni pizza and shepherd's pie we ordered we're also very good. Additionally, the slice of cheesecake was excellent as usual. Cheesecake Factory is not my go-to restaurant when I'm looking to eat out, but occasionally it is a good choice if you're looking for a very menu with some interesting menu options. I still feel that most of the menu items are overpriced for what you get, but that is a trend in most restaurants currently so I can't single them out. Overall, a good experience and I definitely recommend Cheesecake Factory for the variety of menu items they offer. Unless you have an incredibly picky eater in your group, the chances of everyone not finding something they can enjoy from the menu are very slim.
