Many choice of food. All dish are delicious here. Big portions. Ice cream hot fudge Sunday is very good.

Came here after watching a movie. One of our guests ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for no mayo. They brought the sandwich with mayo. We kindly asked them to take it back and give us another with no mayo. They returned with the same chicken on new bread with mayo still on the chicken. We asked them to go back and remake it. They advised us that the fryer was off for the night and that they wouldn't be able to fry any new chicken for us. Pretty annoying that everyone had to wait around for their incompetence. My burger was fine and the apps were great but the experience was just a let down 👎

We went on Sunday November 5th. We got a nice server. She had asked us what we wanted to drink. She comes back with the our drinks and other drinks from another table she was helping. As soon as she puts our drinks down the other drinks fell on our table. Broken glass as well. It fell on my pants as well as my boyfriend’s pants. We completely understood it wasn’t the servers fault accidents happen. She apologized and I could tell she felt bad. We decided to stay and dine there. Then it was time for us to pay. When we got the check I would have at least expected an oh hey here’s a discount for what had happened earlier. NOPE, we had to ask them to give us a discount. Then, they gave us a 25% off. I give them my parking ticket to get validated. They give it to me validated. They switched the tickets. So when I had got there to the parking it was a grand total of 69 dollars. Because the ticket was from November 1st. I went back to the Cheesecake Factory to tell them what was going on? The parking guy charged me 5 dollars when I was only there for about 1 hour and some change. Worst Cheesecake Factory ever.

Great place for a calm dinner with great service and even better food. Love coming here for special dinners and if you have the chance to eat here, I recommend their avocado egg rolls appetizer and the strawberry cheesecake. They are my favorite, and there is a wide variety of main courses. And they have some of my favorite ice teas which isn't just a fuze tea.

Great place to go and quick lunch or nice bday dinner. Love that they have some plant-based options.

I mean, it’s the Cheesecake Factory. The menu is huge with something for everyone. A popular place on the weekends and holidays with wait times up to 30-45 minutes. Wait staff was great, patient and kind. Valet parking continues to be closed at the Galleria.

I recently dined at the Cheesecake Factory and overall, had a great experience. The food was delicious and there were plenty of menu options to choose from. The cheesecake, of course, was amazing. The service was good, though a bit slow at times. My only complaint was that the restaurant was quite noisy and crowded, which made it difficult to hear my dining companions.

Located in the mall on the corner of Ventura and Sepulveda. There is plenty of parking, a tesla super charger, and other little stores to browse at. Please note you have to pay for parking here, the tesla super charger is not free. The burger was absolutely delicious and the right amount of greasy I needed. The Korean chicken on the other hand.... needed some love.
