Even though we didn’t call ahead we got the seating easily. The service was amazing, and the waitress kept an eye on my table and did something’s without me asking her. The food was decent the pasta for me was not that good it tasked bland and honestly the only thing that made up my whole mood was the desert at the end which was really great.

Always excellent. Welcomed into restaurant, promptly seated. Speedy service and food. It’s always a pleasure dining here and this location was representative of Cheesecake Factory’s hospitality. I overall enjoyed the service, food and drinks, and ambiance. I think their lunch specials are a great balance of just enough food within reasonable pricing. Oreo Dream Cheesecake was excellent and perfectly balanced for everyone at Thanksgiving dessert.

Ordered take out here a bunch of times but today was my first time dining in. The food was much better and the portions def seemed bigger. I had the Romano Crusted Chicken with pasta and man it was very good! The chicken was nice and tender you could cut it with a fork! The bread they served paired perfectly with the dish! The restaurant was busy but well managed and the staff was super friendly and respectful! I was so full from dinner I got my cheesecake to go! Will def be back!

2023: Invite out by family. I remember when this location first opened how excited everyone was, now it's okay. So many other places to choose from with a smaller menu and better food.

This was my 1st time (Sunday, 10/15/23) at this particular cheesecake factory, and based on the service as well as the quality of the food, it will be my last. We had reservations for 6:30. When we were finally seated at our table, the floor at our table was filthy! There was food, something gritty, like sand and even dirty forks under the table. To make matters worse, the food was served cold, not even room temperature. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi & Steak Diane. The food was literally thrown on the plate, and it did not look appetizing at all. The 3 shrimp were just scattered. The mashed potatoes were so cold that they were a solid island on the plate!! The scampi sauce was stiff. Not to mention, it took the server 40 minutes to come and take our (3 adults & 3 kids) orders. She took the kids' orders and said she'd be back and didn't come back! The best part of this dinner was the bread only (butter was too cold to put on bread), and the Cosmo I drank as opposed to eating. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place, nor will I be returning. It was a birthday dinner for my 5yr old niece and bcuz of the poor service she never got her sundae

My first visit their 3 weeks back the food to service and our waitress was immaculate it was so good we complimented the chefs personally they came to our table. The manager was awesome. Very friendly staff enjoyed every second of it,

Very large menu with many choices. Service was good. The atmosphere is very unique to Cheesecake factory. Dark tables and dim lighting with a tropical or Egyptian feel. Large portions which we took home. Took cheesecake to go which was excellent. Prices were moderate to high.
