The food was as usual and great, service provided by Noah was amazing. Starting with the ordering, it was done with attentiveness, and all the orders arrived correctly and timely. And of course, tasted great. Every time anyone needed refill, he does it before we even asked. We enjoyed our meal from being sat down to ordering to dining to packing up and payment was amazing. I deducted a star because this was a Saturday, and the restaurant was supposedly open at 11am, but due to some difficulty all of us, with a reservation or not, had to stand and wait outside in the 80°F heat. I understand that it's unforeseen, but as a customer, it was not a good experience.

For a dine in resteraunt, it's like a distant cousin to Olive Garden and has some pretty good Italian food as well as an entire array if food options. The place was very pretty and what stood out to me the most was the service! The waiters are extremely helpful and very kind, ours in particular was extra attentive and helped out plenty. The great thing about the food selection is that it is so massive, it gives you plenty of options to choose from and my personal favorites herr are the huevos rancheros as well as the margherita pizza appetizer. And well it is the cheescake factory so their cheescake is the main highlight without a doubt. This place is perfect for a dine in resteraunt or family and offers many dishes if you want to have a wide array of options The food isn't crazy expensive until you go into entress but again, the options makeup for it. Loved the food, great atmosphere, and Id come here with a big group if possible!

Food was great and reasonable! Service was also good. Crab bites were a bit on the small size but otherwise good!

Service was acceptable but left room for improvement. While not bad, it lacked the extra attention and personalized touch that can elevate a dining experience from good to great. I found myself wishing for a more attentive and proactive approach from the staff. One disappointment was the steak, which failed to impress. In fact, I found myself thinking I could prepare a more flavorful steak at home. Even my kids, who are known as discerning eaters, labeled the food as average. Their honest assessment left me questioning the overall quality of the dishes. In my humble opinion, The Cheesecake Factory seems to fall short of being a culinary standout. It's a nice place to dine out, but if you're seeking exceptional food, you might be left wanting. I couldn't help but draw a comparison to a well-known diner chain, as The Cheesecake Factory appeared to be a step above, yet not quite reaching the level of a gourmet dining experience.

Had dinner the other day and though we missed our reservation time we were able to get seated outside relatively quickly. Oh, love the fact with the Rewards program, we can make reservations! Yes, it was hot outside but the front patio was in the shade and we were just fine. Our server was exceptional, she was cheerful and attentive even though we made her go outside to wait on us. I had the crispy chicken salad and my wife had an omelete. Both were very good. It was my birthday so the server brought out a small ice cream sundae with a candle on it which was cute. We shared an amazing piece of mango-key lime cheesecake. However, I forgot we were suppose to get a welcome slice for free so didn't mention it and we got charged. Guess we have an excuse to come back as I have a month to redeem that. Overall, we had a nice dinner and would come back.

The location was closing when we ran in for some cheesecake. After standing at the counter being ignored by the blue haired girl and another gal we asked the manager at the host stand to help us. We got the chocolate cherry cheesecake, pineapple upside cake cheesecake, chocolate cake , and coconut cream pie cheesecake. The coconut cream pie cheesecake was amazingly delicious the cake super chocolatey, chocolate cherry had lots of real 🍒 cherries and was really creamy.. the pineapple upside cake cheesecake is always yummy. I’d go back to try dinner the location is really cool inside and clean. Ten out ten totally recommend the cheesecake especially the coconut cream pie cheesecake.

This is my go to restaurant for birthday celebrations. Their food is decent and they don't disappoint. Their services in this one is always great. I also like their decorations, it enhance the dinning atmosphere. I give 5 stars because their food, service and atmosphere commensurate with and sometimes surpass their prices. Another advantage of coming to this one is that it is located in a mall. I can walk the mall while I am waiting for my table.
