I always have the avocado eggrolls for dinner as an appetizer and today I had a Thai chicken salad my husband had the fried onion burger And they were so delicious. The first time I tried the Thai chicken salad was over 12 years ago and it taste the same every single time I have it. There’s always a very long wait when you go to cheesecake factory, actually, and one of them today we got so lucky we walked in and we were seated right before, the line God, very big service was great. They were very busy but they got to us and our food was ready and no time. I had a hot latte. I was surprised it was pretty amazing. It was very quiet, even though it was full, so we really enjoyed our Christmas Eve Lunch/dinner. We were so full. I had half of my salad to go. We got ourselves a raspberry cheesecake and a salted caramel cheesecake to go, and we enjoyed it with some hot tea at home. Everything was just wonderful, as always.

Food is always good at this restaurant. I gave a four-star rating because the hostess failed to inform the waiter of the purpose for our visit. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s fiancé's birthday, and I had hoped they would sing happy birthday. Unfortunately, I later discovered that such celebrations were not conducted at that establishment. However, David, the server requested the kitchen staff to write "happy birthday" on the dessert plate, which brought me joy.

Dined with a group. Waited for an extended period to be seated. That was a frustrating start. The server we had was courteous. Orders were taken fairly quickly and no long turnaround for the food. I had the honey chicken with mashed potatoes and it was really good. Portion size was way too big. Traveling so didn't bother taking the leftovers. Didn't have a dessert after the initial wait so we were all ready to leave. Very good location. Good quality food. Nice atmosphere. They need to focus on wait times.

Had an excellent experience. Justin C took great care of us. He listened to our dietary concerns, kept our drinks refilled, helped us with separating the checks and deciding which desserts to get to go. Shepherd's pie was great along with the chicken parm. Looking forward to going back.

Okay so we had the cheesecakes and they were awesome! Great atmosphere located in West Palm Beach Rosemary's place very classy I am pricing a little high but worth it.

Cheesecake Factory is always good to us! Our usual are: strawberry lemon, fried Mac n cheese, egg rolls sampler, warm crab dip, shrimp scampi, steak Diane/herb crusted salmon, barbecue salad... oh sweet tooth? Carrot cake, chocolate tower truffle cake, white chocolate Godiva, and brownies is a must as well.

Amazing dining in experience today! Justin C was attentive and had good suggestions and recommendations for dietary allergies. Highly recommended and ask for him!

Celebrated my son's birthday here. My party liked the food they ordered but I was a bit disappointed in the Bang Bang shrimp I ordered. They looked more like baby shrimp and there was nothing banging about them. Other than that we were seated on the patio and it was a cool evening with an awesome vantage point.
