The Cheesecake Factory - Restaurant in Glendale - 511 Americana Way, USA

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite chain restaurants with a solid menu and excellent customer service. I’ve tried numerous dishes in the past but the ones pictured are the margherita flatbread, cornbread cakes and calamari. The starter breads are always delicious and my favorite is the brown wheat bread with their butter. The flatbread was delicious and in the past I used to order it with pineapple but they couldn’t do it this time. The cornbread cakes are one of my favorites. Solid flavor and excellent overall entree. I also think their calamari is solid and love the sauces that come with it. Overall the dishes they have here are real good and the patio area with the view of the inner part of Americana is a great seating spot. I’d definitely come back here again and try their other menu items. As of this review, parking is validated if it’s within an hour and a half I believe.

My wife and I came here last night with our friends after visiting a garden nearby. I made reservations ahead of time off their website since they changed it where doing reservations from OpenTable is not available anymore. We checked in 10 minutes before our reservations and we got seated like 10 minutes after our time since they were cleaning the table. They didn't clean under the table because there was so much crumbs there. Our server was Alex, he tried to remember everyone order without writing it down but he forgot some orders so he had to come back to confirm. My wife got her favorite Chicken Madeira and I went with the Filet Mignon at medium rare. Alex told us he was leaving so he handed us off to another waitress. Our food took a while to come out because the restrauant was busy and I think they wanted the food to come out all at the same time. Everyone enjoyed their food but my Filet Mignon was not the best. The steak was not hot and a bit warm/cold probably because it sat out while waiting for the other dishes. The steak was also not juicy even though I got it medium rare but maybe they want you to add A1 sauce to it. My fries was good so that was the only good part of my dish. I usually go with the Club Sandwich so I wouldn't recommend getting a steam here. The restrauant also validate parking if you park at the Americana.

The food was deliciously flavored. The service was fast and friendly. There is a huge menu with a variety of different types of food. I'd highly recommend this place to eat.

So, if you're looking for a place that offers great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and top-notch service, the Cheesecake Factory is definitely worth a visit. It's the holidays and this place is really busy this time of year. I did have a reservation as trying to just drop in would have led to a long wait and frustration. Our waiter was fantastic, and waiting to be seated was only a matter of waiting a few minutes. Our food came out quick, and while the Calamari and bread were real good, i was disappointed with the chicken club sandwich. I don't know why you need to put three slices of tomatoes all on top of each other. One or two at the most and it would have been wonderful, so i basically had to tear the thing down, which now made a mess. Petty, maybe, but this is what's keeping me from giving them a 5 star. It was good. Overall the place is just too busy and as long as you want to talk loud you can hear your date over the din of the restaurant. Would I come back? of course! Our server was wonderful and attentive, and the drinks were top notch.

Overall a nice restaurant. The staff at the check-in desk seemed a bit rude and judgey, not the most welcoming bunch. Our server was friendly. Food was just okay, nothing special. Fun to watch the fountain and train going around.

Very nice ambience. I super blind so the low lighting was as a bit a hiccup but with a good flash light I was able to read the entire Bible size menu. The food is amazing!!! I love the food and drinks. Friendly staff. Friendly people.

Every time I come to this location the service is terrible. It always takes a long time for server to come, and they rarely ever check up on us. This last time I made a reservation for my birthday with my wife and toddler. I showed up and they sat us quickly, but never brought us a kids menu. Then we continued to sit there for over a half hour without a server ever coming over. No water, no bread, not even a hello. So we ended up leaving, as my two-year-old needed to eat. I called and complained to the manager, who said they would add a gift card to my account, but it would take a couple of days. I thought that was nice - but it never happened. So not only did I not get to eat here on my birthday with my family, but then the manager had the audacity to lie to me. Really disappointing as we love the Cheesecake factory and love the Americana - but after multiple problems I don't think we will be coming back. This last instance was far too much.
