We made a last minute stop here on the final night of a long road trip and are really glad we did. The room (we had a studio) was beautiful and clean and had a balcony with a lovely view out toward the ski areas. Not only was the resort wonderful, but every person we interacted with was incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. We travel a lot, and it was obvious that this is a culture at this place. We will certainly return.
A remarkable place nestled in the ski slopes of Deer Valley. The summers here are more enticing than the winter!|The view from our suites made us never want to leave the room. But above all, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. Temple, the concierge,raised in Park City, guided us through getting tickets for the lift ride up the mountain for a lovely hike. She was able to recommend local restaurants, including making reservations for things we enjoyed. |Very personable.
Our families experience at the Chateaux Deer Valley was exceptional, over the top! We stayed two nights in three pristine rooms that connected to one another. Perfect for families and friends, business partners, or any group to have their own space yet still be able to gather for coffee, snacks, conversation and games. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, reading chairs with a view, a roomy work desk, a big television and they even had a fireplace in every room. Bathrooms were clean and had all the amenities one could need. We also had a balcony with a spectacular mountain view. We all felt very relaxed and grateful for having the chance to breathe in the fresh mountain air. You can't beat the location. ||The hiking and biking is world class as well as the many restaurants in the area including Historic Main Street only a five minute drive away. The award winning Cena Ristorante is part of the hotel. A restaurant and bar with great food, great service and outdoor seating. I travel a lot and will say that the complimentary breakfast buffet is now on the top of my list!||The staff really went out of their way to accommodate our precious time here with family, helping make the experience fun, entertaining and stress free. Managers Alex and Ashley, "Front Desk Charlie" and Concierge Temple among many others made sure our stay in Park City was first class. They were very knowledgable and had answers to our questions. Great answers, and if they didn't they would find one. Everyone on staff was not only helpful, but also wanted to be. It seemed as though everyone working there was happy to be of service and actually enjoyed their job. All done with a smile :) I too work in the service industry and see why Chateaux is considered having five star service!!!||I would highly recommend staying at the Chateaux Deer Valley whether it be for business, pleasure (you'll get both) a gathering of family and friends, a wedding, an event or just need some privacy, this is the place to come for impeccable service, accommodation, food with both indoor and outdoor activities.||Thank You Chateaux Staff for making our family get together an actual get together :)||Sincerely, Ben
Really amazing experience in the Residences. Concierge went above and beyond and helped out a lot w/ our family of 5. Unit was in great condition and daily cleaning was fantastic. Highly recommend for any family that needs more space and can utilize the concierge services (Residences).
Beautiful venue with excellent service. Adults loved the setting, walkability and staff, kids loved the pool. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this property has a lot to offer. We enjoyed a great summertime stay even though it's most known for wintertime activity.
4 star hotel rating is well deserved here. Facilities are top notch, Billy and his events staff went above and beyond. Housekeeping was stellar helping up with an event and the aftermath. Cena is a top notch restaurant and the bar and staff are superb as well. I had a wonderful stay!
This was one of the best stays my family and I have had while visiting Park City. We ate a delicious branzino for dinner, had an extravagant buffet that can’t be beat. The oat milk latte was to die for! Temple, Alex, and Ashley were fabulous! This was the best all around stay for ambience, food, ambience, and impeccable service. Don’t miss The Chateaux if you’re visiting Deer Valley, or you might miss the best experience of your life.
Our executive offsite was a great success at The Chateaux. The weather was great in August and an overall great experience. The Chateaux has a shuttle service to transport you to dinners and recommended Snow Country Limo for transportation that was further out.
There are always classes that fit my schedule and the app makes it so easy to book them. The coaches are great and very motivating and I love that I have a record of my performance on the app
Awesome park with playgrounds, basketball courts, volleyball courts, pickleball and tennis courts, plus a station to pump up your bike, giant dog park with a mini lake, and lots of open grass area.
So much fun. Something for everyone so bring your beginneror trail ripper friends and they'll have a blast! Great trail design with quick climb and quick, feature rich descents. Free to everyone, this is a local gem.
Phenomenal food and friendly, fantastic service from Sonny. The beef patty was to die for and everything else (oxtail, roti curry, jerk chicken and shrimp) was so flavorful too! We'll definitely be back soon.
