Parking was a terrible experience. Arrived at the parking ramp and the gate was up. Attempted to obtain a ticket but the machine would not dispense one. Assumed that parking was free due to the ongoing construction. Tried to leave but the gate to leave was down. Sat for 10 minutes hitting the call button but got no response. Had to pay for a 'lost ticket'. Rip off will not go back.
Very expensive parking - beware! Had to pay $30 for less than 2 hours of parking. Once you're in, it's bought and paid for. Crazy price not clearly posted. Majority of parking area looks like a bankrupt construction site. No activity in over one year. Great potential but despite being merely across the street from the gondola, this is not on par with the rest of Heavenly.
It's a great place to find local creations, odds and ends. Definitely geared for tourists but cool shops and we have purchased a few items including hand made cowgirl boots for my wife that she absolutely loves. Dog friendly and cool place to browse with out pushy sales people and shops were friendly and helpful. Might have higher markups bur you might be able to chat up a discount. It's worth perusing and getting a few snacks.
Good service and great steak. Nice atmosphere.
Great shops and restaurants. The parking is a tourist trap because if you stay any time passed 15 minutes you will be charged $35. I can't even say if our parking time was that long because we only browsed a couple shops when we parked here, but I personally couldn't get the ticket to scan for an egregious frustrating amount of time. To summarize, if you're parking either be very quick or expect to pay. Oh, and if you have any problems with at the gate, don't expect to call help button to actually call for help.
Parking is a scam, they charge 30 bucks regardless of how long you’ve stayed. We stayed for less than 15 minutes. We were in an out in 10, even the machine to pay said the time spent was less than 15 minutes, and charge was still 30 bucks. DO NOT PARK HERE.
Was nice to see 👀 a live band and people are Respected by all people . 🙌 . Food was wonderful and hot when I got it . I would like to attend another event up there in the future for sure. Service was quite special to see they cared about everyone. They get a Gold Star 🌟 make gest feel comfortable . Kids have fun and even our seniors were dancing it up . The band was friendly to speak with too. Thanks for a great time .
Did a little window shopping and admired the artwork while my companions too advantage of the facilities after dining at the mall. A lovely place to wander, though don't forget a sweater as the winds off Lake Tahoe can be blustery, a small price to pay for the lakeside view.

The place is really nice, the water is crystal clear but very cold. It's worth it to pay the $5.00 fee to see this beautiful place. In the middle of it there's an old house, scary but beautiful.
Went with my daughter and husband and came from the heavenly line since the wait at the resort was 2 hours! They helped us right away and we were able to get all the equipment we needed in a reasonable time frame. The staff are super friendly and acc
Beautiful hike to Eagle Lake that took about 30 min after the bridge. This time of year there was snow and ice on the trail that made it slippery but was worth the quick trip up and back.
Took this trail to go to Cascade Falls. It's flat for the first 5 mins or so and then becomes rocky and risky at the corners.
There is some construction work going on in the area so they have put up temporary boards marking the trail. Good job!
