I have been here a month , so far it has been a great experience. Maintenance is friendly and comes quickly. The office staff is so welcoming , Sierra made sure my apartment was completely ready when I moved in. They have great customer service! The apartment was clean and ready to be moved in! The neighborhood feels safe! There are multiple parks for my son to play! I am enjoying it here!
Love love love living here! It’s private and secluded. I feel safe for my kids to live here especially. We have loved living here and can’t wait to resign! Such a great and incredible place to live. The office staff is polite and they work hard to help out with your needs. They are absolutely amazing! Great place to live!
I have to say! My first impression of the Charleston was breathtaking. The property is so well kept and the staff is amazing. They were outstanding. They were able to answer all my questions and help me when needed. I highly recommend making The Charleston your home!
Darrell was the most helpful! He was very kind and explained everything I needed to know about the apartments, and answered all the questions I have. He’s on top of his stuff! A lot nicer than when I’ve looked at other apartments and talked to their staff 😇

Price is on the high side, but you will never regret to be in Charleston.
I’ve toured the community and it’s always so clean. The office staff were very welcoming- loved working with Morgan! The garages and location are my favorite two things!
Spoke with Darrell. He made me feel so comfortable being on the phone with him. He was able to answer all of my questions in a friendly manner. Made me laugh, and less stress while trying to make a decision. This phone call was definitely fun. I'll will be putting in my application soon.
Horrible leasing office staff. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. My fiancé and I experienced several communication issues with Assistant Community Manager Sierra. Communicated all issues with property manager Morgan, but nothing was solved. Nonetheless, the apartment complex is kept clean and area is safe. Gate works here and there. Be aware of the additional fees they pick and choose when they feel like adding it to your rent that aren’t disclosed. If you can look past unprofessionalism and rent varying monthly then this is the place for you.
