This is the best Jazz club in Tucson by far‼️ The food is just what you would expect at a top club. Nice meats and cheeses and crackers. We were there for the opening of the Tucson jazz festival last night? It was super. ‼️😎
I spent my birthday here last week and it was 5 stars as soon as we walked in! Great hosts and server, delicious Mezcal (my first time trying) and the band was dope AF!! Highly recommended if you are in the area 🫶🏿 can’t wait to go back!
The Century Room is a gem, showcasing both local and national jazz musicians. The table service is attentive, and management clearly knows and respects its regular patrons. There’s an ease to the place, which has a well-appointed moody interior and seating that’s capped around a hundred, making it an intimate listening room. The semiannual jazz festivals bring great community access and just another way the Century Room shines!
The setting and ambience were excellent. Cocktails great and servers nice. We went to be entertained by a “jazz quartet” with a few guys playing instruments and a female singer. It was pretty lame, esp for a $15 cover charge. Go when it just free entry and enjoy the cool old school bar. VictorB
If you're looking for an AWESOME spot to catch some live music, you've found it! The Century Room hosts world renound musicians and has amazing drinks to boot!
First off amazing music and great atmosphere. But, in regards to service we tried to walk in for a ticket event and after walking in we were rudely told to get to the back of line and we might get in to something we had bought tickets for in advance. All you had to say is “Did you see the line outside” and to that I would have said “No I’m sorry my bad” the line was on the other side of the building and we just didn’t see it, there was no signage or dividers out and we hadn’t been before, we waited an hour+ in downtown Tucson between the last show to come to this, and it wasn’t a particularly pleasant wait, would have been nice to not be condescended to for making a reasonable mistake.
We thoroughly enjoyed the intimate vibe. Very classy but not some where you feel out of place.
This was one of the most amazing music experiences I've ever had. I got to watch live world class jazz musicians tare the place apart. The music was stellar, and the hosts and servers were very polite and inclusive. I plan to go here as much as I can from now on. It's a must visit location in Tucson.
Family fun for all ages! 100% recommended. We had such an amazing time last night with our family. We seen the Christmas show. This will definitely be a new tradition to attend every year to start the holidays off. Thank you performers you were in
Had a wonderful time with friends! The staff were friendly and helpful with instruction and staying engaged with our group. Facility was clean and organized. Having the option of throwing axes or throwing stars was neat! Will definitely come back.
