Nice place to relax and enjoy a bite to eat.
Overall, the buffet is great if you don’t travel that much. May get dull after a few times… they always serve different chicken dishes. The food overall is nice and the staff are great at picking up after people.
Tip - put some sanitizer on a napkin and wipe the table, mine was filthy. The bathroom stalls are also dirty and not as clean as I expected.
The showers on the other hand are really clean and great for a layover. The bar is really nice and bartenders have been great.
Take advantage of the perks and although I said the food can be dull after awhile, the quality is still better than outside.
Food is better than most airline lounges- unless you fly international business/first. If you come here a lot, the buffet can get a bit dull. So far I am very happy with the food and drink selection. I miss the paper magazines and newspapers. The toilets are usually clean. ONE BIG complaint: add coat hooks in the bathroom stalls!
Staff has really stepped up. They are very friendly and clean up well and fast. US card holders have been hit with big restrictions. Overseas card holders can still bring 2 guests for free.
The lounge expansion was very good. As the old space was crazy crowded.
I wish they would be open until 10:00 or 10:30pm as I often miss out on late flights.
Great experience, kinda a serenity oasis after packed terminal and rushing security. Looks rather new. Sleek design, well-stocked bar area, decent food selection for morning (omelette, bacon, fruit, cereal) - all on point for local standards. Coffee machine was out of order but staff sorted it out fairly quickly. Quite a number of champagnes and mimosas on the tables. Multiple sections, make sure to walk right past the restrooms to find more secluded quiet seating.
This is a very nice lounge at San Francisco International Airport. The decor is elegant, and the lounge is very spacious with plenty of seating. There are two buffets and two bars and clean restrooms. There are TV's throughout, as well as a large screen with Flight ✈️ departure updates. The food was quite tasty and included a salad bar, small sandwiches, and cookies. Everything was self serve. Drinks are ordered at the bar, and staff routinely make rounds to clean the tables. We had a long layover, so we stayed at this lounge comfortably for a few hours. The lounge layout is well planned, and seats didn't feel too close together. When you first enter the lounge, there is a gorgeous 'Living Wall of 895 Live Plants ' that is amazing! It looks like artificial plants 🪴, but the plants are real. I would definitely spend time here again while traveling through San Francisco Airport
Pretty good lounge as far as lounges go but this one is bustling and has the most unseasoned food possible. It’s add your own salt here. This lounge is super clean and nice but during the few times I’ve been here it’s been lucky to find seating. Still a good option to relax in SFO and I eat the unseasoned food nonetheless.
Very odd set up. When you walk in the bar you see first is the wine bar and you can’t get any cocktails you have to go to the cocktail bar for that. The wine bar has the full breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet and the cocktail bar has the appetizer Buffet not very well thought out. It’s also spread out. I mean it’s nice. It’s just a weird layout. The staff is extremely friendly at check-in unlike Dallas.
I’ve visited other Centurion Lounges and by far this one stands above the rest. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and very much customer service minded. The lounge is spacious, very accommodating and has all the amenities you’d expect. The thing that separates this lounge from others is the vast selection of wines. They offer a wine flight allowing you to sample (5) separate wines (no charge, tips appreciated). The wines are great tasting and the portions are generous. Kudos to Shanti, the bartender, she did an amazing job. She was enthusiastic, bubbly and had a great disposition. Overall, the food was good not great but the hospitality gets high marks.
I was extremely disappointed by the staff of not replenishing any of the entree foods that looked like it had not been touched for for two hours and they had a plate of 6 cookies that guest had nibble or broke off to eat at 10:15 pm. I do understand that last call for drinks was at 10:30 PM, but the lounge is open until 11 PM, so why when I knocked on the door to the kitchen that open slightly because there was no staff around to ask if they could replenish the food that I saw a huge new bowls of food !!!! I asked the chef who is standing there, writing a report if there was any more cookies and he called a staff member to take out large layer plate of at least 6 rows of chocolate chips cookies! All I could guess is maybe they were going to have a staff meeting after closing and we’re planning to eat the food themselves. The entire back room had no food and no snacks to grab which the last time I came they did have. The bartender in the back was only pouring tasting portions of the wine while cleaning up. I did manage to find a plum to eat but I know the other guest were grateful for the cookies as you can see in the photos. Normally I would’ve had more pictures but I was so exhausted and hungry that I just took what I could.

Beautiful park with Nasturtium growing everywhere on the hills. The amphitheatre is very huge and I would love to see a concert here sometime. The acoustics must be incredible with all the beautiful trees.
This is my go to place for a great start to the weekend. The movement of coffee at this place is a refreshing change. There is nearly no wait from the time I order my coffee to when I get it in my hands.
