Toured these apartments with a friend a while back & he had been working with Elina. She made sure to get him a really good apartment & really worked with him on how particular she wanted it to look. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! The office staff is always so kind & welcoming. I met Natalie the property manager and she was very professional. Lydia the finance manager, was very kind as well. I can't wait to move in here!
I stopped by today and viewed the property. The customer service was wonderful! Everything was open like a book. Everything was clean and nice. The play area also was nice. I’m looking forward to get approved and moving in. I would definitely recommend renting this property and the prices and size of the apartments are the best around.I love most all nice appliances and back drop!

My previous review was not a good one. However, extra stars for not responding with a prefilled form response. Now I can honestly say that the current office staff has been more than excellent to me. Where as the previous manager would literally run and hide when I would walk in. The office staff now ALWAYS takes the time to address any of my concerns. I know they have had an uphill battle on turning this complex around. But change for the better never comes easy. What I'm trying to say is they're doing an excellent job and I want them to know that I see a change for the much better. Even though i rarely need anything from Maintenance, I will say that they are polite and do their best to get the job done.

Elina has been so kind! When we came in without an appointment she still answered all our questions and helped us to set up a tour. She was open and honest with us and we really appreciated that. She's been great at checking in with us to make sure we werent having any trouble with the process of applying. The property is pretty nice!
me and my girlfriend came to tour an apartment yesterday, and it was amazing. we worked with elina, who was very kind and professional. she explained the pricing and size of all the 1bd/1br apartments to help us find what we were looking for. she explained the utilities and other bills we'd be paying overall, she was really great and informative of the process, and the apartment and grounds looked fantastic. we're really excited to make our home there.
On last week, I visited the complex to see if I could find a home at the Cassidy. While I’m still in review, I was very happy with the tour given by the Elina the leasing agent on call and was impressed with their professionalism and reassurance of my decisions. Hopefully I will be calling this my home in the coming months. Thanks again!
