Excellent personalized service; Izzy and Ella were the best!! The Rooftop area was cool. All the room amenities were easy to find. Smooth check in/out. It reminded me of a high-end Nashville experience without the parking headaches. We enjoyed the breakfast pastries and coffee.
Izzy was the first person to greet us when we checked in. She was so nice and very helpful. She checked us into our rooms fast and easy. Our room was so comfortable. Nice and clean. The entire hotel has such a pleasant ambiance and smelled wonderful. We will be back. Thank you Izzy for taking such great care of us!
I’ve now stayed here on 5 different occasions and am very happy to have a lovely option like The Carpentry in downtown Dalton. So charming! Kat at the bar is a wonderful conversationalist and her cocktails are fabulous. I wish they had an on sight breakfast option, but they do offer complimentary coffee and some subpar pastry’s.
Initially booked another hotel in Dalton that had visible mouse droppings upon arrival to my room. Advised by a colleague to try the Carpentry. If you’re doing business in Dalton…don’t stay anywhere else. It feels like home, the rooms are unique, and the atmosphere is one of a kind. Kat at the bar made our week. We ended our day chatting, telling stories, and reviewing her hand crafted cocktails. It was like coming home after a long day and being greeted by friends/family at your local watering hole! Cannot recommend this place enough!
The Carpentry Hotel is amazing. Rooms are so nice, great location, hotel staff are all very friendly but the best part is the rooftop bar. Kat and Alex are amazing. Kat made us the best drink we have ever had - the Empress Embroidery. If you are in the Dalton area, stop by the Carpentry Hotel rooftop bar and ask for Kat and Alex. You will not be disappointed.
We were in town for a softball tournament and had 10 rooms. Ella was very helpful and answered all our questions about the area and things to do. The hotel is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! Definitely recommend! If you are in Dalton this is the perfect place to stay!

We love The Carpentry. Everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, and showers are great! There are multiple restaurants and activities in walking distance from the hotel. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar.
