Came here because our first place was our way. This place was a much better choice. The retro decor and the single bar seating top was the best choice to enjoy this amazing meal. Pancakes were buttery crispy fluffy inside and the best part about it is it has its own container of butter and syrup. The Grits was a creamy tasty slice of ham that was grilled perfectly. It was so good it brought a tear to my eye remember when I was a little kid at 0

It's just an iconic place to go for breakfast… We went for a late breakfast early lunch, and after one or two couples left we were the only ones in the restaurant. Great service and super attentive. We loved listening to their conversations. Loved walking through the kitchen to go to the bathroom… The kitchen was spotless ! Ordered the mushroom Swiss cheeseburger with wonderfully hot fries and my husband ordered a shrimp Poboy that he said was just OK . Worth the experience and definitely definitely will go back ...

This is a great American spot. You get a diner like atmosphere and very delicious food. The portions are just enough which is perfect. Definitely a community centered place. I visited from Massachusetts and I had a splendid time. Thank you for having AMAZING customer service and for providing everything in a respectful and timely manner. Highly recommend dropping by here if you're in the mood for breakfast or brunch. Also, they serve turkey bacon for my non-pork people.

This place is obviously a local favourite based on the line of people waiting for a table every time I’ve walked past. Friends had recommended the pancakes to me so I gave them a try. Not amazing but perfectly fine, good size portions if you’re hungry. Loads more things to try on the menu and clearly popular with the locals.

We are visiting from the Dallas area and my nephew took us to this diner for breakfast. The service was great and the food was fantastic. The best omelet I've eaten! Then I helped my nephew eat his pancakes - yum! I will definitely be back.

Nice American food. The place is a bit messy. The flavor of the food is quite nice but nothing out of this world. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and it was lacking of cheese. The omelets looked super nice and fluffy. Prices are average around 17usd per person. It is a place with lots of history.

Great burgers! I added an egg and bacon to mine, so kinda like breakfast on a burger. Keep in mind that they don’t serve alcohol here, so you might need to swing by the taqueria or Vietnamese place on either side for your drink fix while you wait in line to get into the grill.

Not what we were expecting. The outside leads you to believe it's a little fancier than it actually was. Food was great. Service was great, too. But it was like a fancy Waffle House. No tables; all counter sitting which always makes this short girl's legs go numb. Host was not very warm or friendly but the rest of the staff was great.
