Pros: My daughter loves her roommates, she's close to campus, the food is pretty good. Cons: Her car was vandalized in the parking garage about 1 month ago along with probably 50 others, windshield knocked out, the laundry facilities are filthy (sand and vomit in washing machines), some residents party like it's Animal House (daughter warned me before I came to visit that there was vomit and underwear left in the hallways overnight). This place charges A LOT of money. I called to ask about the vandalism and they were polite, but nothing has been communicated to parents about the issue. I find it strange that they have video surveillance everywhere but these kids just do whatever they please and aren't held accountable (hallways, laundry facilities). In fact, the day after I called to ask about the vandalism, we got an email from Callaway. Was it to notify us of the vandalism? No, it was an offer to release for next year. No thanks.
We had the opportunity to tour Calloway House last week. Omar was a wonderful tour guide and helped answer an array of questions. The entire staff was welcoming and we left excited about possibilities at the Calloway House and future college plans.
I went by one day to see the property and was greeted by a staff member, Maegen Norman. She was very welcoming and gave us a thorough and informative tour. Beautiful property!

I had friends living here my freshmen year and they had great amenities, especially the pool! My friend lived in a beautiful 3 story townhome. The space had a great downstairs for hosting while maintaining a sense of privacy in the upper floors. I’m also very pleased by the staff - they are always on top of things, willing to help, and wanting to see students succeed! This place is especially popular for those interested in Greek life!! I know many people who made amazing friends during their stay at Callaway
