214 is the best unit! Great hot tub with the cleanest water I have ever soaked in! Very nice furnishings!

Have you ever sat in a bland over priced hotel room in a ski town, staring at the vague "art" poster hanging on the weirdly yellow wall in a frame that cost more than the "art", and wondered where all the nice, roomy, and attractively finished places that you see in movies are? Well, look no further than the Caledonian. This place was fantastic. The rooms are well apportioned and nicely kept up. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub outside was amazing. The location is central to the best entertainment area of Park City, which made it super convenient. Check in and check out was the easiest of any place I've stayed. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Park City!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Caledonian. Best location for easily exploring downtown. The two story condo was comfortable and well-appointed. Enjoyed having the fireplace. And the hot tub on the covered porch was perfect when the snow steadily fell.

This Las Vegas family needed a little holiday winter fun. We stayed at The Caledonian unit #202. Not cheap BUT you get what you pay for. On Main Street, next to ski lift, steakhouse on property & fabulous accommodations. Hot tub in 2nd deck overlooking the slopes & Christmas lights🎄 This is The Best location in Park City. Super clean, lots of fluffy towels, nice beds & underground parking. ||||Must do list….. Woodward Park City. Tubing, snowboarding. Family oriented & safe!||||No Name Saloon on Main Street. Head upstairs to the 2nd floor deck. ||Best view in town.||||Park City Mining Museum on Main Street||Fun, history & you may end up in jail.||||Ruth’s Chris @ The Hotel Park City. Fabulous

Location is great, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hot tub on the balcony was nice and relaxing. Parking was super tight but easy to navigate. Unit 204 was not great. One large window in the primary bedroom was broken and stuck open with numerous pieces of foam insulation stuck in it. The curtains literally stood out from the draft all night! Called maintenance the first day after a cold night and they did come and fix it thankfully. There are about 50 pillows in various closets but exactly 1 extra blanket. Did ask for more at the desk and 2 were delivered to the unit within a few hours. Now, the sewage smell in the bathrooms and laundry/storage room… Awful! Bring your nose plugs! There’s an air vent grate in the primary bath upstairs with lots of smelly things stuffed behind it- so somebody is aware- but it’s not helping…At all!! At one point a child in the adjacent unit was calling for their mom and it sounded like they were in our unit. I thought it was my own kid! I started checking with my kids but it wasn’t them. And later could hear people talking in the bathroom as if we were in the same room. Definitely made me feel like ehhhhh not cool. Overall- an ok stay but for the cost- I’d find a hotel that has no smell and keeps up on the maintenance better.

We stayed in Unit 210 at the Caledonian for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The location is amazing! The front door literally opens to the lifts, rentals, and stores you may need gear for. Check in was so easy. We basically drove right up and checked in within minutes. ||||The unit we stayed in was spacious, clean, had a hot tub on the balcony, and was well stocked for cooking. The unit had all the cooking utensils you need which was wonderful! The beds were super comfortable, and the condo was extremely clean with a lovely modern décor and updated bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Other than location I am not sure how this place is getting 4 and 5 star reviews. We stayed in a 3 bedroom “deluxe” unit and while the location was excellent, the condo itself was terrible. Apparently there are huge differences in the quality of the units since they are all independently owned, but avoid unit 212 at all costs unless you are a huge group looking for a boarding house type set up. The entire unit is all very cheap furniture and a mish mash of styles and colors. The bedrooms are essentially all beds. Every single available inch of space is used by a bed. As an example, in the master, there is a king, two twins, and another twin with a hide a bed underneath it. You could easily sleep six people in that room. The space ship twin beds in the master are a whole other topic. The other two bedrooms were just as strange. The kitchen was very poorly outfitted with very old pots and pans, utensils, etc. You could make a meal when forced, but don’t be looking for any non stick or anything modern. There is a newer huge TV in the living room, but no remote, so you have to use the controls on the side of the TV to change channels. There is also a really odd iron chandelier hanging in a sitting area on the lower level. It is hanging at about 5’6”. People in our party only hit it about ten times with our heads when we were walking around. So if you want a unit with a great location for a group of 15 and you don’t care about how things work or look, request unit 212. Otherwise avoid at all costs.

Mike runs a first class grocery store. Only place in Park City you can find Z's hot sauce. I think it's the best hot sauce ever, many different varieties and really good bloody Mary mix.... Z'd is locally made in Ogden.
