A terrific experience! Don and Jamie were gracious and warm hosts. |The rooms were warm, tastefully decorated and very comfortable as was the entire home. The living room or sitting room was comfortable and inviting with coffee,tea and always a pastry from the finest bakery in Niagara Falls. Then there are the breakfasts - two courses- Fresh , squeezed oj , blueberry waffles and turkey sausage and veggies the second was a bagel with a vegetable and egg mix and baked. Absolutely wonderful! |I recommend this highly, not just because of the terrific meals and lovely home - but also of their philosophy of buying older houses with charm and potential and contributing to the the reinvention of the community. Truly, people you want to be associated with.

Absolutely incredible stay at the Butler House! My boyfriend and I came up to Niagara as a quick weekend trip before the start of the hectic holiday season and we were highly impressed by the house, its proximity to the state park, and the amazing breakfast every day. We loved it so much that we'll be recommending it to anyone hoping to visit Niagara Falls and are even planning on coming back with some family. Thank you Dan and Jamie for your hospitality!

A perfect experience! Our hosts, Dan and Jamie, have put great care and thought into making this the most beautiful, cozy and well-appointed bed and breakfast in Niagara Falls. Breakfast was exceptional—freshly prepared unique recipes each morning. The rooms were so lovely and we slept so well in their super comfortable beds. Coffee, tea, fruit and pastry from a local bakery were provided in the lounge room all day. The inn was located on the prettiest street in town and a very walkable distance to the Falls. We couldn’t have had a better stay. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Butler House Bed & Breakfast. The bed was comfy and the breakfasts were great. The house and rooms were homey and you just felt like you lived there too. Every day you get a savory and sweet breakfast so it's like having 2 breakfasts which gives you the fuel you need to walk around and see the falls. I loved sitting on the front porch bench swing and just looking at all the beautiful fall colors on this lovely little street. Dan was a great host and went above and beyond when I left my iPad in my room. He shipped it to me the same day I left and it arrived a few days later. It was perfectly packed in a box with bubble wrap and even a towel to prevent it from breaking. I shouldn't have expected anything less from Dan as he seems to be meticulous in everything he does from decorating to plating breakfast. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Niagra Falls.

Our stay was so wonderful! Everything was just perfect. Jaimie and Dan were the perfect hosts! They provided all the Niagara Falls information we needed. The location was great, within walking distance of the falls! Definitely recommend this bed & breakfast! Thank you so much for a memorable visit to Niagara Falls!

We were lucky enough to win a 2-night stay at this B&B and I'm so glad we did; we had the most wonderful stay-cation! Only 20 minutes from home, but it felt like we were so far away. The house was beautifully done, breakfast each morning was beyond outstanding and the owners made us feel so welcome! If you need a spot to stay in the area or just a little getaway from home, add this to your list!

Jamie and Dan are the perfect hosts and the Butler house was simply perfect in every way. We would recommend The Butler House in a heartbeat as it would be impossible to find anywhere better to stay. From the wonderfully decorated, clean and ‘homely’ house, the great location, and delicious filling breakfasts, provided by such lovely hosts, Dan and Jamie, there is nothing more you could wish for. What a wonderful stay we had.

Perfect location. You can walk to everything you want to see in Niagara Falls. Comfortable room. Jamie and Dan are gratuitous hosts. breakfast by Dan were artfully prepared and kept us full the whole day. A Diamond in the ruff!
