The Butcher’s Grill - Steak house in Franklin - 3290 NJ-94, USA

The husband was looking for a steak restaurant in the area, and we came across this gem. I must say that at first from the outside it looked like a tiny take out place but we saw the great reviews so we decided to go inside. Wow!! The restaurant inside is very cozy; the meal was AMAZING and the service top notch. We live 2 hours away and will be coming back again and again. Presentation is also amazing

A diamond in the ruff! Never would have thought of such a great place in a bad location, in a small building! Made u feel like u were in some Turkish Cafe. Food was outstanding! A little pricey for the area, and steak was ok. But everything else was GREAT!

We have eaten here several times and the food is always cooked to perfection. We love the pepperoni appetizer and the steaks are always delicious. They grind their own steaks for the burgers and wow, what a difference that makes. The waiter is amazing. Such a joy to have this place in town. It's a bring your own drinks place but now they sell wine too. We will try that next time. Highly recommend.

An absolute hidden gem if I’ve ever seen one. I was in the area for a wedding rehearsal and wanted a quick bite. My family was anything but disappointed. We ordered the chicken shish kebabs, seafood pasta, and hamburgers and every dish was perfect, beautifully presented, and provided an absolutely massive amount of food for the more than fair prices. With cute interior and wonderfully kind staff, the entire experience was perfect from start to finish. The small menu with carefully crafted items is a total plus.

A girlfriend and I met here for lunch on 8/7/23. We both ordered a hamburger/cheeseburger. The presentation was really great and the food was FANTASTIC! I always hesitate to order a burger because I don’t want it dry. This was juicy and tasted GREAT! Came with a “basket” of fries that were seasoned in house & two onion rings. The service was excellent! We were there for 3 hours talking and it was great. While we were there, several other dishes went by with amazing smells. Every item served was very well presented. I would DEFINITELY go back. Seeing as I am not from the area, it will have to be next year. Keep up the GREAT food!

I really liked the place, the service and the food. For my taste it lacked a little seasoning. But realize that everything is done carefully. I really recommend this place.

DELICIOUS! 10/10 recommend. The ambience was really nice, the server was attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely incredible. Hands down best calamari I’ve ever had (and I’ve had great calamari). We will 100% be returning!

Excellent Place! I wish all the best to them. My experience was pleasant and enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious, the waiter was super friendly and attentive, and the chef himself came out a few times to make the dining experience even more enjoyable for my daughter and I. I wish them all the best. The menu itself is definitely Meditaranian Food and the prices match the cuisine and rising food costs. However it is worth giving them a try. You can really see that the owner takes great pride and has a passion for his craft.
