The Burgundy Hotel, Tapestry Collection By Hilton - Hotel in Little Rock - 1501 Merrill Dr, USA

A worthy addition to the Hilton Hotel dynasty. It's a smaller hotel (very nice sized rooms) with an incredibly nice and accommodating staff. The breakfast is 5-star. My only problems were the lack of a bathroom fan, the fact that I could hear the people talking in the bathroom next door because of the vent (and lack of a fan), and the AC unit is located on the floor, right next to one of the beds so it blows right on it. If you are unlucky enough to be in that bed, you are gonna freeze. It'd be nice if they could raise the units up to the ceiling. Also, if you have smell sensitivities, there's an overwhelming floral scent in the main part of the hotel. Maybe lavender? Didn't bother me but I could see how it may bother others. Those are minor issues though. It's a very unique hotel and I would love to go back some day.

FRAGRANCE ALERT! As soon as the front doors open there is an over whelming sweet/perfume smell. If you are sensitive to strong perfume don't stay here. The rooms are great and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We used the pool before leaving and it was very nice. If it wasn't for the fragrance throughout the hotel I would give it a 5.

We only stayed here for one night recently. I’ll start by saying that the hotel has a great location. It feels safe. We checked in via app with no issues. Prior to checking in, Clarence stayed in touch with us and even made a courtesy call. I can appreciate that. ||The hotel’s decor was very nice and the layout of the suite was very nice. It has great space. Traveling as a family, we need space. Upon entering the room though, we noticed multiple stains on the couch. We had an appointment immediately after check-in so I wasn’t able to complete my full inspection. ||When we returned, we wanted to go straight to bed. We had a double room so I did a quick check over one bed and the other I didn’t inspect so well. In the middle of the night, we noticed stains on the second bed. The stains were on the pillows too. It looked like hair dye but who knows. There’s no way the cleaning staff could have missed these stains. Very disappointing. The room was showing signs of wear and tear, but not too bad to complain about. ||I will say that the front desk staff was nice and accommodating. My main concerns about hotels are safety and cleanliness. It’s the oversight of the cleanliness of the bed that impacted the rating. Would I stay here again, not sure. It may not be my first choice, but I can’t say that it wouldn’t happen.

I recently stayed at The Burgundy Hotel and had an excellent experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests and ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Really cool hotel! Exceptionally clean and smelled amazing. So glad we found this place. ||However, breakfast was supposed to open at 7 am, and by the time we left at 8 am it still was not open because some one apparently did not show up? ||Then upon our departure we asked for water (as Hilton Honors members) and were told that this hotel “doesn’t do that.” Even if that is the case, it may have been the last they could have done for my hungry 6 old.

This is an excellent hotel choice. We booked the only suite they have……it was amazing! It’s definitely one I’d book again if it that area. We were celebrating our 39th anniversary. |They have an onsite restaurant which has very good food! We did not dine in but room service did not disappoint! |The check in was easy and staff is very attentive and can offer information for the surrounding area.

We were looking for a clean and safe hotel to stay at during our travels in an Penske moving truck from Alabama to Colorado. We were nervous to leave the truck parked just anywhere and wanted to stay at a Hilton. This hotel looked to be in a great spot and not too far from the highway. It did not disappoint. Clarence kindly greeted us and was very sweet. He went above and beyond to provide amazing service. The restaurant was delicious and it had a fun bourbon bar that was quite an unexpected treat. We left pretty early and the front desk man (maybe Greg) made sure we left with coffee. This hotel made a long and arduous trip a bit enjoyable and we appreciate that!

The Burgundy Hotel is located in West Little Rock, Arkansas. It has a boutique charm but with business convenience, which is why I chose it. It’s the first boutique hotel in West Little Rock. Located in the heart of the business district, it provides easy access to local restaurants, making it an ideal spot for business meetings.||The hotel's suite-type rooms are spacious and easy to work in. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the hotel's pool. If there is a good pool, I always try to get some Vitamin D for a few hours. ||The dining options surrounding the hotel are exceptional, with numerous great restaurants just a stone's throw away. The on-site restaurant, Table 28, is one of the best. At the helm is Chef Scott Rains, a Top Chef participant.
