The Bungalows of Seagrove - Lodging in Santa Rosa Beach - 198 Somerset Bridge Rd, USA

The bungalow was perfect! Beautifully decorated, conveniently located and so comfortable. I didn’t want to leave! I could live there.

We rented unit #134. The bungalow itself was nice and very conveniently located right by the pool which was very well maintained. There weren’t a lot of “extras” in the unit like extra blankets, etc. Also, the living room area furniture isn’t optimal for everyone to sit comfortably. The property management company that manages the unit was not very responsive to needs. We rented bikes which turned out to be one of the best decisions, as we used them to explore and to get to the beach……However, the beach situation is why we wont stay here again. There is only a 200 foot “public” beach area that is “roped” off and either side of the roped off area is private and was practically empty everyday. It was maddening! My husband had to get up at 630a each morning to “secure” a spot on the beach and by noon, it was beyond packed, with people approximately 3 feet from you. Also, the steps to the beach made it impossible to use the wagon without 2 people to get it down all of the stairs. I would call this area “The Hampton’s” of Florida; not commercialized, a lot of local shops that are $$$… Next year, we will return back to the villas in PCB where the beach is far superior.

We just rented the bungalows at Sea Grove #128. The property is nice and secluded and beds are very comfortable the property was pet Friendly the beach by it is not. We were told by a friendly neighbor that you have to have a permit for your dog to be on the beach and if you are caught without one you will get a $100 fine I was wondering why this snobby lady on the beach was giving me bad looks when I had my little poodle on the beach. I find the area where this bungalow to be the "rich haven with ridiculous rules. Will go somewhere else next year.

We where there with are friends who rent the place and where in the hot tub when a worker came up to us and started calling us names we where not informed that we can’t be there unless we rent we where hanging out at are friends house this worker was name calling us and taking pictures and following us to the car

The unit has NO decor. No blankets, no beach towels… one of the upstairs showers is a tub only. The stove is not user-friendly unless your Amazon echo is packed. The directions are not clear for location. Eclectic at best. The tv is set up high in this box on the wall…

Avoid bungalow #132 Kruks Fanta Sea The owner recently purchased the unit and has not finished updating the property. The master bed pictured in the listing is not the same as provided with the unit. The bed is a mattress draped across the narrow cross boards. There is no box spring. The bed is unusable. The property manager promised to provide a box spring and lied three days in a row. The development is nice. We enjoyed the amenities and proximity to the beach. There was a paint can next to the front door. The interior walls were spackled but not painted. It's obvious the owner is not ready to rent this unit but is renting it regardless of condition.

We stayed at this place last May. It was wonderful. We can't wait to return. It's perfect for our family. Close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, beach. 🛍️ Shopping. The weather couldn't have been better. 🌴🌅☀️☀️☀️☀️

My family are return visitors here so...... Something for everyone in the family. Even with a week of lots of t-storms my family had a great time here. The only complaint... Traffic sucks of course... But that's bay county not the bungalow!
