Love the place, food is good. If you plan to come on a Tuesday make a reservation ahead. We ate at the bar but loved it all the same

Excellent! Service was outstanding. From the minute we walked in the door, our experience could not be better. I had salmon and it was the best I've had in a long time. My husband had the Oscar's smoked pork chop and he loved it. A perfect dinner in the Adirondacks! The prices were so reasonable. Perfection all the way. Thanks for a nice culinary evening.

Fantastic restaurant. Food is top notch and staff is friendly. Haven't been evenly slightly disappointed in the 2 times we've gone. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

We made a reservation (they accept 1 week in advance) for a party of 8 and it was ready early, accommodated well and couldn't have been more pleased with its location in the restaurant. We asked up front if they split the bill individually, they do not, but we were prepared with our own plan, so I encourage you to do the same. The Bullhouse was nice inside, a casual eatery with a Mexican leaning flare. Everything was enjoyable and everyone was happy with their drinks, appetizers and meals. They have a small vegan menu, which could be better, but our one friend was very happy to see that they had one at all. Service was smooth and the place had a nice energy. We were thankful for them taking good care of us and hosting our group. If you're in Chestertown it's an easy recommendation to make. Enjoy!

Wowed! 🤩 As a vegan on a roadtrip adventure, the mountains can be a tricky place to have a delicious and unique dining experience! My husband and I are in the Adirondacks, staying at the Paradox Lake Campground. We have ventured north to hike in the high peaks, and south for the funny, quirkiness of Lake George. We have been dining sporadically throughout the regions, and hands-down, The Bullhouse, has been the absolute best dining experience thus far! They had a separate vegan menu for me, and I had a grilled vegan caeser salad, and the artichoke cakes with a vegan baked potato, complete with vegan butter and sour cream! My husband (not a vegan) had the barbacoa, and loved it. In addition, I noticed many gluten-free options, making this the perfect dining option for anyone. I was so impressed with the menu and delivery of the food. The taste was divine. If I could give this restaurant 100 stars, I absolutely would! If you are in the area, make sure to make this a stop!

Found this place by chance & decided to try it out. Arrived on a Saturday evening with no reservations. Staff was courteous & pleasant. Got us a table in a few minutes which was set, complete with water & a bowl of fresh homemade chips & salsa. Nice! We ordered two of their house specials, a Mexican spicy beef dish w/ rice & a salmon fillet baked in orange sauce with pistachios. Both were really good & cooked perfectly! I finished with a slice of their blueberry cheesecake. Ya! Service was prompt, prices were reasonable & the atmosphere was pleasant. My wife & I both give this place a big thumbs up. Would definitely return If your in the Schroon/ Brant/Loon Lake area this one goes right on the list. Bravo!

Delicious! We got our food to go and it was very good. The kids meals are quality and include a veggie which I appreciate - kids deserve nice food, too!

The food there was delicious! We made a reservation and got the red carpet treatment. The waiter and staff were excellent. The Bullhouse is definitely worth a second, third, and fourth visit! Thank you!
