This was just right for a couple nights stay in Sheridan. It's a humble motel for a budget stay close to downtown. Their room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't have breakfast during my stay but it seems they serve decent no frills basic breakfast in the morning.
I stayed here 5/1/2024. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door & the front desk folks were extremely nice & helpful about any questions I had. This hotel/motel is a older place but VERY WELL KEPT! The entire room was very clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, frig clean, however there was no carpet on the floors, which didn't bother me at all, & they were spotless. The outside grounds & parking area was clean & I could park directly in front of my room. I'm waiting to see what all they do to make it pretty for summer months.). Drink machine ice machine, washer & dryer are all in a passage way central to everyone. Breakfast was the normal for this type of place... waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, milk, etc. Plus a early morning very pleasant conversation with the owner about things to do around the area & his excitement for his parents up-coming visit here. I stayed at a place in Casper the night before, paid twice as much, front desk folks weren't nearly as nice, for the size & name of that place breakfast wasnt any better, PLUS it was upstairs & no elevator. When I go back to Sheridan, & I will be going, I'll stay here. I was definitely impressed. And I rather like the older place it's just got a homey comfortable & safe feeling to me.
Large clean rooms with comfy beds. We slept well, even with the train running nearby. The bathroom tub/ shower was great with hot water, in room coffee and a good continental breakfast. They charge $20 per pet but only charged me $15 for two. Outside was very clean and safe. Hosts were very gracious and polite. We will definitely stay here again!
We stayed here mostly because of price in the area. Overall the rooms had HW stains in the tub grout. The sink lamination was coming off, and the floor was in need of repair. Breakfast included was ok but not much food. Hotel clerk desk was kind!
Room 106. The beds were very old and ripped on the side. The TV didn't work right and was small. There was a large gap in the door where mosquitos could get it. The bathroom needs major updating. Positive the water pressure could kill you. You get what you pay for.
Provided us a double room but it was not cleaned. The bed was unmade and the bathroom had dirty used towels all over. I was offered a second room but passed on the offer. Double check before renting a dirty room out.
The mattress was exactly what I needed and the hotel staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Room was very clean and spacious and the Air Conditioner worked great.
Positive: It's cheap, it's warm in winter and cool in summer, the water was nice and hot and the staff were super nice. Negative: They sprayed the room with something like fabreeze or a heavy perfumed cleaner. It was so strong it made my throat burn and my eyes water when I first opened up the room. I left the door open for a few hours and turned on a fan to blow out the smell. Negative: ""
