I just moved into my new home and as the process of moving is very stressful, Marlee made its super seamless and easy. In just my few days here, the Bryant has slowly started to feel like home. I am very appreciative of how the leasing team helped my boyfriend and I move in here. If you are planning on moving, definitely reach out to Marlee because she went above and beyond! One con I will have to say are the parking spots are a little tight. Other than that this place is great!
Maintenance is trash
Zero help from the leasing office for problems created by themselves
It’s outrageously obvious they care more about the upkeep of a hotel the created in one of the buildings (yes you read this correctly)
Once you say you are leaving they leave you in the dust even more.
It’s sucks because the apartments could be nice and it’s a great location.
Incredibly poorly run
Lived here for two years. Great staff, great location, only needed one main fence request in 2 years for the fire alarm batteries. This places rocks, if you’re able I would highly recommend living here.
Absolutely gotta give a shoutout to the maintenance team at Bryant Apartments in Charlotte, NC - Don, Alex, Lynn, and Rob! These folks are like the A-team of fixing things. No matter what issue I had, they were on it faster than lightning and super friendly about it too. Can't thank them enough for keeping the place in tip-top shape! 5 stars all the way!
I love living at The Bryant! Leasing staff is always very helpful and friendly. The maintance staff is always on time and handles/ fixes every issue with quality products and expertise!
Loved my time here at the Bryant and only left due to relocation. Everything about the community is great, from the amenities to the very helpful leasing and maintenance staffs. 10/10 recommend.
Thin walls - cheaply made yet this apartment complex has very greedy business practices. Looking forward to move out
Update: since moving out, I was overcharged and they’ve filed an inaccurate “loss of rent” claim through Rhino. Also charged $350 for very little items left in the apartment. Very happy to be moved out of this desperate-for-money business.
What not to love about the Bryant?! The staff is always cordial and willing to help. A special shout-out to Andrew and Cassandra for always being so kind, compassionate and professional. Maintenance is always quick, efficient and some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. The amenities are top of the line. The location is extremely convenient (5-10 min to everything like noda, south end, airport and Midwood). I personally love the events that even with covid kept happening like create your pizza and taco (kuddos for creativity). Truly love calling the Bryant my home for another year. Keep up the amazing job guys :) ohhh and look at the uptown view! Can’t beat it.
