Remarkable old hotel that is very well maintained by a professional friendly staff. I enjoyed the hospitality as it was refreshing
The room was comfortable and clean. The concierge staff was friendly and on target with our off premise activities.
The check in and out process was smooth and quick. The valet service was really fast as well. This is one of the few places I’ve been lately that was not understaffed.
Would definitely stay here again
Really beautiful property, very comfortable beds and excellent service with a smoke everywhere!! It’s a classic old school resort with that old charm of multiple employees working to serve guests every need. I was there for a conference….so it wasn’t my money and I didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the grounds and activities as much as I would have liked. No complaints, it was great. Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean, helpful staff, etc. ||Restaurants were all good, but h can’t recall anything truly memorable. The grounds were very well cared for, the shuttles pretty easy to grab. I’m more of an independent type, so the large numbers of bell staff and valets is a little much for me, but I’m sure lots of people appreciate that!!
My family was here for a business trip. The rooms were vary spacious. Check in was very quick and service was great. All our food was catered but it was very good and wide selection. We also went golfing and the course was immaculate. The staff were everywhere to help. The views and the pool were also great. The only downside I would say is that it is very expensive for a family. And it is a 10 min drive or so to anywhere so you will most likely stay on the property.
Beautiful hotel, immaculate grounds, excellent service and spacious rooms. The food was beyond disappointing. I was there for 5 days for an event and then an extended vacation and I didn’t have a decent meal. For the price plus 20% added service charge I expected something different than a $30+ salad and $20+ guacamole. Nothing was good. We ended up leaving the property the last few days to eat and it was a fraction of the price. Enjoyed the stay but next time will bring lots of snacks and plan meals out.
We had a wonderful time at the Broadmoor. The service is superb, the hotel and area are beautiful, and there are so many things to do at and around the Broadmoor. We enjoyed the Cog Railway, the Seven Falls hike, the pool, and the Little Theater. Our only feedback/concern is that we couldn't get reservations at the restaurants because we were too (though on-site food is pricey).
The Broadmoor is beautiful destination, a perfect location for business events. The hotel staff really understand service from planning our work retreat through the delivery and stays. The property offers so many amenities, so leave a little room in your itinerary to enjoy a walk around the lake, a dip in the infinity pool or down one of the waterslides, a round of golf (reserve early), or visit to one of the bars, restaurants, fitness center (not open late unfortunately), or the lap pool. The coffee shops and various shopping options are a must as well. I recommend The Broadmoor highly for personal and/or business travel.
This was on our hotel bucket list. It has now made our top 10 list. The hotel is beautifully maintained, does not feel old or stuffy at all. Every where you look is pure luxury, all very tasteful. We had a standard room which was large with a nice view. I would choose a lake view if I was booking again though.|The grounds are stunningly beautiful and so well maintained. Flowers everywhere! The spa is outstanding, the golf course is gorgeous, the pool a wonder. Benches and rocking chairs abound just to sit and enjoy the view.|Service throughout is impeccable. We were greeted by each and every employee we encountered. The concierge is pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent. Valet is prompt. Room service was top notch. Overall 5 star staff.|There is plenty to do on the grounds. There is a sports bar/bowling alley. Paddle boats on the lake are included in your stay and the pool is huge. The hotel shuttle will take you to Seven Falls which is a nice stroll up a mountain and then a strenuous stair climb to the top of the falls if you are so inclined..|If you are looking for a top of the line hotel, this is it. We highly recommend.
The staff is amazing! We stayed at the Cloud Camp and it was a mixture of adventure and luxury. The view in the daytime is only surpassed by the view at night. Kurt and his crew take care of everything and even were able to handle special requests. The experience of staying overnight at 9000 plus feet above sea level will never be forgotten.
On a quilting retreat. The customer service is stellar friendly willing to attend to every need and question.
Rooms are comfortable clean and bright.. delicious food. The mountain setting beautiful peaceful with trails to walk..
Will so come back aga
My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didnât get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
