This was an amazing gateway for us at the Breezy Inn. Even our dog loved it. Everything was whether 5mins walking (restaurants) distance or 10mins drive (beaches). Breezy inn is a dog friendly place. If you are interested in going to dog friendly beach, check out walton rocks beach. When we first checked in, we realized that our next door neighbor also had dogs so we requested a room change and the staff helped us out immediately. The staff were so attentive and helpful. We are highly recommending the Breezy Inn and looking forward to coming back soon. Also the whole town was very dog friendly.
very comfy stay. great bed . you’re within walking distance of a bunch of bars and restaurants. it got a little loud at night with the train, motorcycles and music . so bring some ear plugs for bed
We loved our stay at the Breezy Inn! The rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hostess was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. Location is perfect! We could walk to many restaurants and local entertainment. We had a huge balcony where we enjoyed the complementary coffee as the sun rose. We will be back!

Great spot for a quick weekend getaway next to restaurants and bars you can walk to from the inn. We met the owner who was welcoming and kind, the lazy dog donuts has great donuts and pastries as well as a variety of coffee & tea options. The room is clean, bed is super comfortable, and air conditioning is great. Excellent water pressure in sink and shower. My only humble suggestion is offering rental chairs & umbrella to take to the beach. Thank you, Breezy Inn staff!
A great spot! Historic property right on the indian river so access to the boat ramp and fishing grounds is a breeze. Rooms are very clean and manager super helpful! Several restaurants within walking distance. Caught some monsters right across the street!
Great place if you are looking for location and something more laid back. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. Quiet, private feel with only three rooms. Owner was great and took care of our needs. Nice coffee/donut shop in the building. Was great to sit out in the garden area at night and hear the live music. This is a small, privately owned inn with few amenities, but perfect if you know what you are looking for.
This is a gem of a property in a still relatively quiet town on the beach. The property owner was very communicative, and explained everything well. The room was very clean, cute and comfortable. My only minor complain is the train is a bit loud at night. If you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue, luckily I am not! We will definitely book this place again. And the food within walking distance was all great!

This is a wonderful park with so much to offer. There really is something for everyone, whether you are looking to fish from the pier, have a picnic-style party under the pavilions, or just enjoy the biodiversity while taking a jog or a stroll.

I love this bar. Itâs my kind of place. Just walking through the front door puts a big smile on my face. They have the best variety of craft beers and excellent service.

Very wet on the day we went after a week of rain so we got turned around but there were so many wildflowers and distant views over the Savannah. Worth the visit.
I love the place itself. The only thing is the city needs to not allow the loud mufflers from the teens, plus their drag racing on a 15 mile an hour road during the weekend, plus noise pollution control.
