My family and I have stayed at The Breakers Ft Walton the last few years on vacation and love it more each and every time we visit. The Breakers is quiet, family friendly, close to everything, full of great amenities and more. We stayed in W613 and it had just been renovated. Feels like home. We have stayed in this same unit before and we were surprised this time when we stayed a week and noticed many updates upon our arrival. New floors, sinks, kitchen cabinets, new paint and more! Complete renovation! So cozy and our fav destination spot. Highly recommend this one on property. Close to everything.

Great view! Very clean! Friendly & helpful staff! We were originally in C404 & our air conditioning went out. They came up immediately & discovered it would take at least 2 days to get the part in that they needed to fix it. They moved us to C513 & credited us a discount to our card. The next day, our vehicle was decided to break down & we asked if there was any way we could add another night to our stay. They made it happen & were so nice & helpful throughout our entire stay. Both rooms were very nice & clean, & both had very comfy beds. Will definitely stay with them again. I also love that you get chairs & umbrella for each room.

Love love love this place.. it’s an excellent hideaway/getaway. Now, I am bias my family and I have been going here for literally 10+ years every year. Anywhere from 7-10 days. This place is amazing and every year they add something to improve the efficiency of this establishment.. I love The Breakers of Fort Walton because of all the helpful and friendly staff. Check-in was super easy and you get a bracelet to use as your door key, it's very convenient. The building is well kept up, the elevators are fast and the grills are super cool. I enjoyed having beach chairs and an umbrella, the beach is absolutely beautiful and the water is super clear! We were there the last weekend of July and only saw one jellyfish. There is a grocery store close by and lots of restaurants.

We stayed in unit C306. It was perfect with a great view. The condo has everything you need. The property is clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. They have shuffle board, corn hole, and other games in the pool area. The gas grills are also well maintained

We recently stayed in unit W203 and everything was perfect. The bed is so comfortable. This unit has a great walk in shower in the main bathroom. Having the extra half bath is also nice for two people to get ready at the same time. The kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal and also has a toaster and coffee maker. There is a large dining table off the living room with 6 chairs. The balcony gives a perfect view of the beach and has a table with 2 chairs with an additional 2 chairs to sit and relax. There is a great grilling area with several built in gas grills and also a couple charcoal grills on site. There are 2 pools with plenty of chairs and several umbrellas. The pools are always kept clean. The beach is right out your door and a super easy walk. Every unit comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day of your stay. There are fireworks off the pier on Wednesday’s at 9pm that you can watch from your balcony. We highly recommend The Breakers and especially this unit. Book it. You’ll be glad you did!

First time to Frt Walton Beach loved it. This will be a place we will be coming going forward. The Breakers was very clean and very nice staff. Beautiful views!!

Stayed here twice. Check in was fast and friendly! The condo we stayed in was 407! It was a very beautiful unit with an amazing view! Great pricing! Easy beach access! Easy pool access! Clean and user friendly rooms with basically all necessities. Washer and dryer too! The rooms were very comfortable and lots of room for your stay!
