The Breakers Ocean Front Restaurant & Bar - Restaurant in New Smyrna Beach - 518 Flagler Ave, USA

Stopped in here with my daughter on a gorgeous January day. You can't beat the location with the ocean literally just yards away. (See picture out one of the side windows.) The restaurant/bar has a casual/cool atmosphere. Prices are reasonable considering the prime location and the food was good- nothing fancy but tasty. Good service as well.

Located right on the beach, you just walk in and seat yourself. This establishment has the best burgers around. For appetizers we had crab cakes and corn bites. We ordered a big boy jalapeño burger (is ginormous), bacon cheeseburger, and a regular jalapeño burger. The burgers were cooked to perfection and delicious. The service was very good, our drinks came fast along with the appetizers and our meals. The atmosphere was very friendly. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot.

It's an older building but well maintained. The food was very good, the atmosphere was awesome. We sat along the window with a clear view of the beach and had drinks and apps (the Ahi Tuna was honestly as good as I've ever had) and had a blast. It reminded me of some places along the South Jersey Shore. Will definitely go back.

This is more an elaborate snack bar then a restaurant. The food is good and there's quite a lot of choices. The service is friendly and efficient. There's lot's of tvs for those wanting to watch a game. The only negative comments is all food and beverages are served in plastic containers.

There fish and chips was tasty. The fish tasted fresh and flaky, the French fries also tasted good. I also ordered an seared ahi tuna. Which tasted very good but the appetizer is missing a chip componente something crunchy. I ate it slow so that I could enjoy a French fry or two from BFs fish and chip. The drinks were made well. I had a Caribbean mama and i enjoyed it very much. The place needs some cleaning up but overall good food. #tryit

Ordered 3 Burgers and 1 BLT To Go. 1 Burger we asked no fries/ w side of potato salad instead. They bring out the fries . We had to tell the waiter about their mistake. He brings us. Potato salad. No big deal THEN. I ask for a BLT w Cole slaw instead of fries To Go. Get back to my hotel to find Fries and not Cole slaw with my BLT SMH. Who's checking the plates to make sure the food is right?! The chef? The line cook? The food runner? The waiter? Seriously, how does a kitchen mess up twice?! Have more communication in the kitchen.! Its not that difficult reading a ticket and checking it to make sure that it's correct before sending out. Not like I could just walk back and tell them they messed up.

I don’t give out very many 5 stars but this place is 100% worth it! My family of 4 had a great meal here for less than $30 bucks!!! Now the portions are HUGE! Kids shared a fish and chips 9/10! I got blackened fish sandwich, it was giant could barley finish 9/10. Wife got the pinapple burger, she said it tasted amazing 9/10!!! This place rocks. Now we did also have a adult beverage each! (Not included in the $30 bucks previously mentioned) let me tell you worth it! This place is a must visit at the beach!

The best fish and chips and fried shrimp we’ve had anywhere. It was a full house, but we found the last available table. The locals know this is the best seafood at New Smyrna Beach. The free parking had a couple of open spaces when we arrived, but was full when we left. The paid parking across the street had plenty of room for $20 a day.
