The bread Board is amazing!!! We love the atmosphere and their bread is always the best we have ever had! On Saturdays they make bagels that are better than New York bagels and if you don’t go early… they will be gone.
Love the soups! I found this place on Friday and by Friday the following week I had been there 4 times. I have also tried one of the frozen quiche and it was also delicious. I am not a fan of sour dough bread but their sour dough artisian breads are fabulous.
My friend picked up my order from here for me. She eats there often. I love bread pudding so I thought I would try it from here. Sadly the quality and quanity was very disappointing. The size was 3" Sq and 1" High and really tasteless. The cream cheese icing was the best part of it. Even the bread didn't have flavor. It cost $6.00 for that tiny serving. I also ordered the mushroom and Swiss quiche, again tiny for $8.95. It was smaller than a pot pie size. More crust than filling. There was maybe 4 tbsp of filling. I think the prices are too high for the quality and quanity of their food. I won't be ordering from here again.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Pella! We love the welcoming, lax ambience of The Bread Board. The chicken pot pie soup and chicken salad sandwich make a perfect lunch combo! Whether you're looking for a meal or simply some bread or desserts, we highly recommend The Bread Board!
What a wonderful lil place to eat! Extremely clean, so so friendly! Thank you for waiting on us to get there. Because you did that I was able to get a photo with my 2 favorite aunties 1 of which I hadn't seen in 34 years! Thank you for a wonderful Lunch! And for your kindness💜
I had the box lunch with a half sandwich of dried beef and Gouda cheese and a cup of wild rice and chicken soup. For dessert I had the bread pudding of the day which was cinnamon roll. The portion size was very adequate and everything tasted outstanding. As another small business owner in PELLA I highly recommended stopping here for lunch. Heidi has done an amazing job with her business and is very welcoming to the clients .
Visiting Pella for the first time with friends, we looked for a place to eat outside as we had our small dog with us. We parked right in front of The Bread Board & staked out our tables only to learn they had JUST closed. The hostess couldn’t have been nicer. She let us come in for chicken salad croissants, cold cut sandwiches, chips & drinks which we took outside. Her warmth, hospitality & outstanding food made us feel special. She didn’t have to extend her day, but she did. We smiled all through lunch & really appreciated her kindness. ❤️
The best in town!! Don’t miss the fresh baked daily artisan breads! Homemade soups, croissants, sweet treats! Delicious!!!!
We chose to have a non traditional wedding reception at Smash Park and had the best time! So many of our friends and family have young kids, so we wanted to make sure our reception was welcoming for those of all ages! Our dynamic group of friends al

Very cool spot to stop for a cold beverage. I am not a beer fan.....sorry to day. BUT, there are SO many choices, even I was able to find something I really enjoyed! You can sample some to find what you may like. I ended up with 'I don't feel t
I LOVED this place! We came during the off season, so it was very calm with only a few other people there. The staff were informative and kind. Our guide for the windmill was awesome! I wish I could remember his name so I could name him personally in

This place was amazing! The servers were kind and attentive. Food was SOOOO good! It was clean, bright, and cheery in there. Food came quickly and hot. Music was *not* loud and annoying. Prices were very reasonable. Very nice restaurant! 10 out of 10
