I had high hopes for this place... it didn't completely disappoint... but it wasn't fabulous either. The server we had was super nice, friendly & offered to make me some pink lemonade as they don't have that ready at all times. So that was super nice of her! Now let's talk about the good & bad regarding the food. The Denver Omelette was outstanding! Tasted fresh, had lots of ingredients & the cheese was stringy and warm... Yum! The hashbrowns well... average... The sour dough bread was great. Now let's talk about the very disappointing Belgium waffle. As you will see in the pictures... it was so cold the butter didn't even melt. However, that was only the first issue. The waffle was not very tasty... it was somewhat raw in the center and the batter was not mixed properly as you could still taste the powder. The waffle says it comes with warm maple syrup... And it was warm... but it was brought to our table 10 or more mins before the waffle... so it was no longer warm when the food came....All in all this was a huge disappointment and I wouldn't recommend ordering the waffle. On the flip side the side of bacon was super crispy just as I requested.... So, pick & choose what you order... some of it may be great & some may not be so great!
We were attending a movie and decided to try out this restaurant as we’ve been to this same named business at other locations around the valley. We ordered the Loaded Nachos, Classic Burger and Panini Grill Cheese Sandwich and everything was delicious. Service was great and our waitress was extremely friendly.
Another good food spot in Santa fe. Only reason for one less star is no bar tender. Got the wrong drink and still charged for it. This also slowed down service. The breakfast was good. Like a high end Dennys.
Not terribly expensive, but you get what you pay for. Food was filling but not everything was tasty or very fresh. Service was decent. Open 24/7 which is nice.
UPDATE: Added pictures to my original review. My family and I have been to this restaurant at least 20 times now; not because we're habitual gamblers and have nothing to do in life or can't find anywhere else to eat...but to enjoy the good food they serve here. I mean, don't get me wrong, we do enjoy coming to Santa Fe Station from time to time to donate our money to the machines, but that's a topic of discussion for another day/time. Taking a step back into history, we remember visiting here when the restaurant was called Grand Cafe; however, ever since its rebranding back in early 2021, everything has gotten remarkably better with respect to food and service. Currently, The Brass Fork offers cutting edge menu selections which focuses on key entrees, versus having a menu with an enormous selection that only provides sub-standard quality - needless to say, I'm not a fan of those restaurants that provide a large novel (menu) that is overwhelming when trying to decide what to eat. Also, I'm not sure what happened, but even the service became so much more efficient, to include the servers becoming more friendlier, professional, and more attentive. Regardless, whatever the case or reason, we appreciate the staff working here. I think we've visited this restaurant so many times to which I think we've had each server at least twice by now. As far as the food goes, I won't list all the food we've experienced on the menu because it's safe to say we've tried ~78% of the menu items. But I will highlight my family's favorite items: Hot Wings (yes, I would put that against a lot of wing restaurants in the LV valley), Seafood Chowder in the Sourdough Boule, Mediterranean Chicken Pita, Grilled Salmon, Steak and Fried Shrimp (I'm not sure if they still offer Fried Shrimp - I know you can add Grilled Shrimp), Chicken Parmesan, Turkey Dinner, and I will go on saying majority of the breakfast menu items. Also, I have noticed a slight decline in quality to the Prime Rib because the size doesn't seem to match up to the actual weight as advertised (it seems to be getting smaller and smaller, with more fat in the cut throughout the months of eating here). Now, I don't bring a portable weight scale with me to weigh the Prime Rib as validation, but it just seem like it - the quality overall though is still good. The service overall is outstanding - from the time you're greeting up front from the host/hostess(es), all the way to the end with the cashiers. If you're having a rough night on the casino floor because of the stubborn and mean slot/poker machines, then take a break and go experience some good food and friendly staff. Also, if you've been playing for a while and spending a lot of your hard-earned money, then talk to a casino host to see if you could get a meal comp at this restaurant. Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone; whether you're a local or visiting from your homeland.
Located at the Santa Fe station casino which is locals casino away from the strip. We were there with friends who were staying at this hotel and had a very large party. The food was surprisingly good. Ordered the fried zucchini which was sooo good and not what I expected. I expected strips and we thin shoestring which were so light and tasty didn't even taste like zucchini. Also ordered the prime rib for my entree. Great price and good portion and was a big win with white jasmine rice on the side. They were able to accommodate a large party with a few hours notice. The only issue is we asked for smaller separate checks vs one very large bill and this didn't happen so thus became it's own challenge. We tried to rectify it with them but they wouldn't redo the bill
I ordered the Chicken Cajun Pasta and to be honest it was just ok. It was a late night eat but the alfredo sauce was really thick and not as creamy as expected. It was visually pleasing as you can tell from the picture but I was unable to finish the dish as the alfredo sauce was too thick to enjoy. I'm not sure what happened here as I've enjoyed many other dishes from The Brass Fork but I will not be ordering this particular dish again.
Hidden gem here! Buried deep in the Santa Fe Casino is this awesome diner. Food is exceptional and service is excellent. I could not believe how good the food and how the portions are very generous. Make sure you try the calari as an appetizer and leave room for some dessert. Bottom line: another favorite that I will add to my rotation of restaurants off strip in Vegas.
The 5 stars may seem over exaggerated but I promise you it is not. Coming from California this was amazing. The people made me and my party feel welcomed as a family. The food was at a reasonable price, but that's not the best part. After we ate, we
We ate here two days in a row during our vacation to Las Vegas. The waitresses were patient, informative and attentive. The food was good and it was a great break from the high prices on the Vegas strip! The huckleberry apple pie was a fave; it was n
Food was delicious. A little pricey but I really enjoyed it. Make sure to order the drinks. Just the tip! Pictures added: Tempura green beans, pork belly, pepp on pepp, killer shrimp, Mexican street polenta and short rib steak
Can you say delicious! Everything we ordered was good, and even seeing the food on other tables made us want more. The Chilaquiles was super good and everything tasted very fresh. I am not a spice lover, but I was still able to eat this dish because

We stayed at the Marriott with my husband and our kid that's why we decided to have dinner at Cafe 325. I must say that the food was so good there! We enjoyed our dinner there.
I've been coming to this location since it was the only one in Vegas probably 25+ years. Always great home cooking, great service and great desserts. Today our governor Lombardo actually was here too. Quality
