Lovely place to stay for a romantic weekend in Gettysburg! The owners greet you as you check in and share that same warm welcome each morning at breakfast! The breakfasts, especially the pastries, were wonderful and they even made gluten-free muffins each morning for my husband. The room is quaint and comfortable, ours had a two-person jacuzzi tub. The location was close to everything, so we just walked about town each day. Will surely return again!
we had a wonderful one night stay at the brafferton! we stayed in the pear tree room which is huge and very comfortable. we were greeted by amybeth who gave us a quick tour of the common areas of the inn and our room. we enjoyed the homemade cookies in the afternoon and the breakfast was amazing! the location cannot be beat. |we spent the majority of our time enjoying the fireplace and soaking in the two person tub. what a treat! we have another trip planned in a month and look forward to our return.
The owner and staff were wonderful and friendly! The room was beautiful and clean! It was very spacious. We loved the fireplace. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and there was a ton of food, we couldn’t even finish it. I will be booking here again.
We stayed 3 nights in the Lincoln Suite during the Gettysburg Christmas Festival. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location of the Inn is just perfect for such a walkable town as Gettysburg. The owners were friendly and the breakfast was incredible. There is a choice of 4 hot entrees each day as well as a fresh pastry that is made onsite. We will return next year for the Festival and hopefully many more times in years to come!
This is a wonderful B & B. Many rooms to choose from. The owners are so nice and they no doubt have the best breakfast compared to any other. You can choose from a number of breakfast entrees and they always give you a fresh baked muffin. My husband and I sit in their lovely garden and share a bottle of wine. It's a great location also. I woule recommend to all!
The Brafferton is an amazing Bed and BREAKFAST! I stress BREAKFAST because it was fantastic! Each morning, the guests were greeted by a choice of 5 options to eat, including fruit, muffins, coffee, and juice. Only staying for 2 nights we didn't get a chance to try every option they had but the 4 we had were amazing. They were served to order and incredible. The rest of the inn was really great too, sitting areas, patios, balconies, all provided plenty of places to relax. The inn is located just down the block from the town circle with plenty of food and drink options. Everyone is friendly and helpful, with recommendations to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Did I mention afternoon fresh baked cookies??? Oh my... If you like a unique place to stay, with great service, comfortable rooms, and amazing breakfasts, this is definitely the place to stay.
This was our third stay at the Brafferton Inn. We meet friends there and enjoy every moment. Brian and Amybeth are wonderful hosts. Our rooms were great. Clean, comfy and welcoming. |Breakfast was delicious. The staff is so accommodating. |Location is great. Step out the door and you are in downtown Gettysburg.|Can’t say enough about the Brafferton.|Looking forward to our next stay..
My wife and I had another great weekend at this B&B. We stayed in the Codori Suite, which was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My wife loved the large jacuzzi tub, and we both enjoyed the ambiance of the separate sitting room with gas fireplace. The breakfasts were delicious (as always). The innkeepers ensured my wife's gluten free meal was safe and free from any cross contamination. She has a true gluten allergy / celiac disease, is extremely sensitive, and did not experience any issues. The innkeepers are very polite and personable. We've already booked our next stay.

Stayed here a while back and had a great stay. My friends and I booked the attic room hoping for a paranormal experience. We were not disappointed. Twice during our stay we heard a "knock, knock" on the slanted ceiling at the top of the stairs on th

âââââ I can't say enough good things about Gettysburg Performance Gym! This place is not just a gym; it's a thriving fitness community that I'm proud to be a part of. The sense of camaraderie here is incredible and I immediately felt welc
This was a magnificent monument with a great view of the battlefield. You must walk up the spiral steps and check out the metal work along the way. Once youâre out on the balcony area, the view is spectacular. Highly recommended to spend a few minu
This is the best ice cream! A friend told us to be sure and stop here when we traveled to Gettysburg. I'm so glad we did. We had fresh peach in a waffle cone. It was the best fresh peach we've ever had, and the waffle cone was so fresh. Yum!!
An obvious must see site on your Gettysburg visit. The house is beautiful and when you step inside, you can just feel the history. Very cool to think about Robert E Lee planning his war strategy here. And how he mustâve spent his time during this e
We heard the bridge was haunted, just wanted to go check it out. It's actually a beautiful area and quite relaxing. No weird vibes for us, even though some folks were doing a paranormal investigation. We sat and watched their work, but really just en

All around the best place to stay if you want to be amongst nature, if you have dogs, and/or don't want to stay in a hotel. We stay in the cabins...you're in the woods, among the trees, campfire every night, but sleep in a cozy cabin with A/C (if nee
