The Box Factory - Business center in Fairport - 6 N Main St Suite 130, USA

An old factory turned into restaurants and offices, with nice summer spots for ice cream and tacos, and a solid cafe. Can't speak to the office environment, but first floor places are all great and easy to access.

The box factory...keeps coming up as a place visited, though we never went there, knowingly anyway. Perhaps the location is near to somewhere we go often or we visit a former location of the factory and it's still being identified as such on maps but has a different name at the location. Giving it 5 stars because we appearantly visit it often therefore it must be really good or practical.

I have rented offices at The Box Factory several times over the past couple of years, and I highly recommend it. It's a great environment to work in, the offices are well-kept, affordable, and there are many smaller spaces available for businesses with just one or two people - which is something that can be hard to find. The people of Casa Associates who lease and maintain these offices are some of the most friendly and down-to-earth people I've had the pleasure of renting properties from.

This is a very nice facility located in a great place with in Monroe County and especially within Fairport itself. Of local historical significance, it houses a number of successful businesses that support the community feel of what it is to live in Fairport. While the lower floors give find food and drink access to the scenic Liftbridge area of the Erie Canal, the upper floors house offices and upscale spas with nice views of the surrounding area. Plenty of free parking.

I went to Rochelle Marie , she has a room for her business in this building. It is really cozy and she has products to help maintain the lashes. I really like my lashes a lot.
