Absolutely loved the entire experience! My Hubby booked this hotel for my birthday weekend, such a win! The hotel staff rolled out the red carpet and it seemed like everyone in the hotel knew it was my birthday. The food at Coastal 15 was spectacular, we dined there for breakfast both days we stayed. Valet parking was too easy and we didn't need our car much thanks to this amazing hotel location. Not to mention a Starbucks right across the street?! A huge plus! Rooftop was super lit, great view of the river and we had a ball celebrating my birthday vibes. Such a great hotel, we even bought branded Stanley cups during our stay. Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making this such a memorable birthday celebration!

The Savannah location is underwhelming compared to others from the Kessler Collection.|We've stayed at the Greenville, SC property a couple times and at the St Augustine hotel once. So, our expectations were high.|The contrast in service was the biggest disappointment. On every level. Nothing about any of our encounters, nor observations, was Kessler quality. Our guest room was clean & had nice amenities we've come to expect but it was super dark. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, but at $200 for two of us (and we don't drink alcohol), it's pretty pricey, albeit tasty. Being welcomed with a $51/night valet parking bill wasn't awesome, either. At $400/night after all the taxes, fees, parking, etc. this is a hard pass next time around. Had the staff been more welcoming, friendly, professional and polished, it would have been easier to overlook some of the other mediocrity.

I love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. It’s right on the river front, making it easy to walk around to all the restaurants and shops. I love the restaurant on the first floor and I hear the rooftop is great too… I really need to get myself up there! The staff is always friendly when I stay here. The rooms have a very moody decor, kind of like it’s from an old castle. I love it. And they have a fitness center on the 3rd in case you need to squeeze in a little gym time.

We had a great stay here! The staff was so wonderful. Cedric was in the lobby and was outstanding. He said he’s worked there for 10 years and was always so positive, helpful, kind, and happy. He helped us get a tour from old towne Savannah tours, poured us champagne, helped us with our luggage. The rooms were nice, we saw dolphins from our window in the river, & the lobby had complimentary charcuterie on Tuesday. The location is great, everything was within walking distance & we used the trolley other times. The shuttle picked us up directly at our hotel for our tour of Savannah which was convenient. The rooftop restaurant/bar had great views but the drinks were so much better in the downstairs restaurant. The only frustration we had was we couldn’t use the rooftop restaurant/bar on Monday because it was closed for a private party till 10pm. But there were plenty of other rooftop restaurants along the river. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location! The staff are the best I have ever come across. Friendly and very helpful. Loved the Bohemian decor. Our room was very clean and the mattress was so comfy! I read some of the negative comments and was shocked as we had such a positive experience here and did not find any negative issues with the staff or the hotel.

We had a issue with our room at check in which George straightened out quickly. I was a bit frustrated after driving 5 hours and spending the money we did on this location that the room that was presented to me on the phone doesn't truly exist at this hotel. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and the valet parking was spot on. The location was great. Wish we would of gotten a better view but with room change it bumped us to a lower floor unfortunately. Both restaurants on site were good as we got a snack at both on our stay. The rooms are nice but do feel dated in some areas, the tubs seem to to be spa tubs but none of the functions work. Paint and decor showed age that you wouldn't expect at a 4 star hotel. First time to the area and would probably try another water front property with same or lower pricing before staying here again.

Great downtown Savannah hotel on the River. Decor is eclectic in the best kind of way. Friendly and attentive staff that makes you feel welcomed at check in. Short walk to all downtown Savanna has to offer and right on River Street. The view at night from the room and rooftop bar is impressive. The suites are large and tastefully done. The bed and linen were of great quality and offered a wonderful night of slumber. Valet fees are high, as any downtown Savannah hotel but if you want to save money you can park at the underground garage just across the street.

I'm Ambassador level with Marriott so you can imagine I see the inside of a LOT of Marriott hotels. The Bohemian is my new favorite. The staff is outstanding, and they are incredibly warm and welcoming. Every single employee we ran into made us feel our comfort was their #1 priority. The hotel is spotless, has a great rooftop lounge, and is in an outstanding location. I rarely dribble on about hotels. This one is worth the dribble.
