i loved the Body Shoppe! Came for a week to visit family and paid $15 for a week pass. Staff is friendly and place is clean. Great pre workout / protein shakes for super cheap. 10/10 will be back
Mike and Tara have just added a sauna and soon to be cryotherapy, these are awesome additions to an already incredible gym. I highly recommend using both of these therapies.
Hands down THE best gym I have ever been to! I seriously could not ask for a better space to get a great workout in. Everyone is so friendly but they get their work done. The owner is cool laid back and always there with his pup which says a lot about him if you ask me. The environment is so amazingly comfortable and fun. Being greeted in the mornings to the see ya layers at the end of a workout... It's just the best. It's clean as well which is huge especially during these times. I honestly don't think any other gym could top this one.. And being military moving around a lot I have been to many gyms in many places... None compare! Stacy is one of the trainers there and I take one of her group classes Wednesday and Friday with the best group of ladies one could ask for. If you want a challenge and a change of pace definitely check her out.
First time in the area. Here to visit a client and after needed a place to workout. Luckily I made the drive to the Body Shoppe. Great gym. Neat and clean. Plenty of room and equipment. AND a daily pass was only 5 bucks. That's the cheapest I've ever paid for a daily pass.
Lots of equipment to choose from and everyone seems friendly and welcoming. There are drinks and protein bar machines that you can use, as well as dressing rooms with lockers and showers.
Open 24/ now, lots of machines to pick from, treadmills are nice.. Wish they had more classes to pick from..Tanning available , great staff.
Great place, owners are awesome, other members are always helpful and definitely not an "intimidating" experience for someone new!!!
