If you’re hesitant or don’t know if you should train with The Body Plug let me tell you that you should! When I was beginning i was hesitant but she made sure and helped me reach my goals and she is always always making sure that she pushes you to do soooo much better! The body plug holds a special place in my heart because without her I wouldn’t have been on my fitness journey , she is truly inspiring and her brand has motivated many many others to be the best version of themselves. ❤️
The best gym I have been to honestly. The vibes are always so welcoming! Minnae is hands down a top tier trainer. I’ve had trainers before but they never pushed and motivated me the way she does. I am down 38lbs since Ive started and it’s still coming off. She’s a very personable trainer so she listens and understands your body so that your weight can continue to shed in order to meet your goal. It’s one of those gyms that you don’t dread coming to, instead I look forward to going to the gym every time. You can just feel how supportive everyone is. She’s literally the best trainer you could have! Professional & fun.. you can’t beat that. I started with her the beginning of February and one month later I saw drastic changes. She’s turning my mommy pouch into abs! She’s not just a for now thing.. it’s Deff a life style change. From being extremely lazy to not missing a day of gym.. I could’ve never done that without her!! She provides a safe and fun environment… truly a judgement free zone. She’s the goat, THE PLUG.. PeriodT !

Listen this gym is not for the weak but it will definitely make you stronger. Working with the body plug will definitely change your life when it comes to working out. Your mindset, your discipline, your consistency will all start to change working with the body plug. Not only will you get results you will get a different mind. The atmosphere is amazing, the people are amazing and workouts go crazy every time. This the best gym on the south side and you get your money’s worth. If you in doubt or hesitant about signing up don’t be it’s definitely worth it if you’re looking and ready for that change .

Really nice space. Clean, spacious and great equipment. Everything is here that I need to succeed. Comfortable environment. Not stuffy or intimidating like other gyms. Staff is incredible. Very willing to assist. Various classes, good schedules.
