I highly recommend The Boat Lift Pros. They have responded to re-spool the cables on my boat lift after Hurricane Ian damage and more recently, they assessed and replaced brackets on my floating dock, allowing it to work properly. Dominick coordinated and took care of everything in a courteous, respectful manner. The team of guys show up when scheduled and do a great job. I have had no problems with any work performed by The Boat Lift Pros. They are a top notch company!

At first I don’t even know where to begin with my experience at The Boat Lift Pros. First off, the "pros" in their name must be a typo. It should be “amateurs.” The staff clearly had no idea what they were doing. I thought I was hiring professionals to help with my boat lift, but it felt like I was dealing with a circus act. They were late – not just once, but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I had to chase them down just to get them to show up for the job. When they finally arrived, they looked like they hadn’t slept in days, and it showed in their work. They broke more things than they fixed! My boat lift, which was working okay before. Their customer service? Nonexistent. I tried calling to complain, and I got the same response every time: “Someone will get back to you.” Spoiler alert: NO ONE EVER DID. I feel like I’ve aged 10 years just waiting for a call back. The cherry on top was their pricing – astronomical for the garbage service I received. I might as well have thrown my money into the ocean. At least then, I’d know where it went. If you want to waste your time, your money, and your sanity, go ahead and hire The Boat Lift Pros. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust these guys to lift a canoe, let alone a boat!

We setup the time date and cost. It included cleaning out around our boat lift Changing the cradle to hold a tri-toon instead of a V haul Installed new bunks and cables. And balanced and leveled everything. I will be letting everyone know in my community.. Great work. Thank you

Dominic and his crew were great right after Hurricane Irma. Came right over and cleaned up the mess and fixed dock. Now 9/24 they are here put up my boat lift. They are conscious about your property. Great company.

On a recent trip down to PGI... my lift wasn't working ( wouldn't lower). I called the regular company local to the area, left a message. As I'm writing this review, I still haven't heard back from Parr... The Boat Lift pros called me back the same day and came out to investigate the issue the following day. Boat Lift Pros had my Lift running and serviced within 5 days of my call. I will definitely look to them for my Lift needs... you should too.

We loved the service from Dom and his crew. Great service fast and efficient. Did a wonderful job on our boat lift. I would highly recommend them.

I called for repair of one of my lift motors and Boat lift Pro’s were super responsive and came to fix it within 2 days. They brought an extra motor in case it needed to be replaced. Fortunately, it just needed minor repairs and they completed the job within an hour. They then proceeded to do the normal maintenance of the lift. I’m very happy with their service

Everyone at Boat Lift Pros were great. Dom was very easy to talk to to get the repair setup and Alex did a wonderful job fixing my dock.
