This is a place that tries to be a "fancy" restaurant, where prices are inflated, portions are smaller than a typical place but typically the rest of the experience is exceptional. They forgot that last part with us. We had a reservation, showed up on time, took 10 minutes to be seated. The place is small, so it can only be so busy. We were seated without menus. It took roughly 10 more minutes for the bartender to come over and greet us and then saw that we didn't have menus and asked, "oh would you like menus?". (Perhaps the other option is guessing?) The drinks were decent, and they came out relatively quickly. The food, I can wager to say it's freshly made, because it took nearly an hour for my Bolognese to be served. And I can say, it was tasty, but not worth the price, the skimpy meat portion, and the wait. I usually give places more than one try since it's only fair, but with our bill hitting an excess of $200 for 5 drinks, an appetizer and a main dish. It's hard to justify a repeat visit.

We went here for a girls night and really enjoyed ourselves. All three of us initially ordered their drink special, The Green Light, and then got another round. We chose to have entrees instead of pupus and the food didn’t disappoint, either. We sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance.

I just came here for a drink with two other people. We got a table on the lanai. I got the Chai Tea drink. This was honestly one of the best cocktails that I have had at any bar in Hawaii. I expected this to be much sweeter + creamier than it ended up being. It had just the perfect amount of booziness in the taste. You can tell that those who created this recipe value + prioritize the significance of balance when it comes to mixology. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely. Very cozy, yet trendy and modern. The inside section (with the bar) is very small and only seats a few, but the booth situation is SO cool and unique. The design is just so intricate and beautiful. Same with the outside seating- both on the lanai and lawn-area. You can tell a lot of thought and talent went into the designing of this restaurant in general. The staff was LOVELY! I got to interact with a lot of the servers and they were all SO friendly, funny, relatable, and just really great. It was surprisingly easy to get a table on a Saturday night at 8p (I made a reservation - but it didn't seem necessary when we had arrived). We parked on the side of the road in a metered spot. I cannot wait to return as soon as possible to try more of the very enticing drinks on the cocktail menu and the food menu.

Some of the best cocktails on island. I recommend sitting at the bar, I just love the experience there more. You can not go wrong with any of the cocktail choices but beware the spicy margarita, they can definitely turn up the heat. My favorite is the Root Remedy. This last time there we ordered all of the specials and shared among four of us, highly recommend.

Wow. When we first arrived, the first thing we noticed was the vibe- It was great. Very chill, a lot of people socializing, and attentive waiters/waitresses. We sat down and we’re served by Charlie, he was awesome! We got the Pork Belly Bao Buns, Pulehu Prime Rib, and one of the Chefs spaghetti specials. It was all superb, the Prime Rib was amazing, the snap Buns were very tasty, and the seafood spaghetti was sublime. The cocktails were something else, very unique combinations and an explosion of taste for whatever liquor you enjoy. Overall 10/10 experience! Go to the Boardroom!

Best cocktails on the Windward side, maybe on the whole island. The Boardroom is phenomenal. Top notch, innovative drinks, many featuring local ingredients. The food is delicious, we had charcuterie and oysters. Great atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended

We came here for my birthday and I absolutely loved it! The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is a vibe, and I mean look at those drinks!😍 So good! My favorite drink was the Butterfly Bramble.🦋 You can really see how they put so much love and effort in what they do. We will definitely be back! The dessert was their special for the day, but I really hope it gains a spot on the menu permanently. (Which might be a problem for us because we ate it way too fast😂) #worthit Thank you for Boardroom for opening such an amazing spot here in Kailua! We can’t wait to be back

Can I ask for my $300 back? Went on New Year’s Eve 2023 for the prefixe menu. The beef Wellington was over salted and not edible. Coconut rice with pickled mango was absolutely horrible. We had to wait an hour to even get our first item. We do thank the server for explaining what was going on, but I really feel that whoever chose the menu didn’t taste their food before they chose to serve it to us. We are Kailua residents and will never be back.

Awesome place to hike and catch an early morning sunrise. Bring flashlights/headlamps if you're navigating the trails before the sun is up. It would definitely be slippery when raining. Many paths snake up the hill to the pillboxes. It's worth it to
