Tyler, Kayden and Walt are terrific. I've lived here for 2 years and I'm glad I chose The Bluffs. Pros: close to everything but not too close. The wooded setting is serene. Large 1 bdrm floor plan with high ceilings and large balcony. Great Mountain Park trails and access to the rec center. Well maintained and quiet complex. Pet friendly. Cons: storage space is limited. Flooring and some appliances could be better/modernized.

Tyler is wonderful! Gave us a tour, was not only the best tour guide but a kind human being.. the apartments are beautiful, location beautiful and everything there is perfect! If garages came with each unit this place would be heaven.

One of the many things we appreciate about living at The Bluffs is the quick response to any problem in our unit. Our dishwasher was making loud, odd noises when we used it which made us worry about a possible water leak. Elliott arrived soon after we completed a work order to look at the problem. He returned shortly with another dishwasher which works quietly and efficiently. He is always a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Eliott! (Hope I spelled your name correctly) Nancy and Steve Apt. 8

As a Georgia native and an Army veteran, I've had the opportunity to live in multiple places across the United States. During my stay in the Pacific Northwest, I lived in 3 different locations, and The Bluffs at Mountain Park was the best home experience I had. The location is fantastic, and the community is peaceful, but the best part of my family living there was the staff - Tyler & Walt. Walt is world-class; I have never met anyone in maintenance with his work ethic - his humor is pretty awesome, too. Tyler is the most attentive office manager I have ever interacted with and makes every need you have, no matter the size, feel important. Ultimately, when you move into this community, you're getting far more than a place to stay - You're getting benefits that you can't put a price on.

I love the responsiveness of the crew at the Bluffs. Never have a bad word to say about Walt and others. Courteous, friendly, and skilled. The same goes for the staff at the office too. Best service ever!

We lived here for just over 2 years. Compared to all other apartment complexes I have lived in over the years, The Bluffs is by far the best experience I have had. Tyler, Walt and rest of the team do a great job running the complex, and were always able to come help us with any issues we had in under 24 hours or less. Only good things to say about living here.

Tyler was friendly, informed,considerate. The apartments were very nice, though with more steps than I want to travel up and down daily. The complex looked well cared for throughout.

My spouse and I lived here for over 3 years after unexpectedly moving to Oregon. If we were still renting, we would continue to live here. This is a great location with close access to the highways to get anywhere in the PDX metro area quickly. It is a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Portland. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are many great areas for shopping and restaurants close by. The apartments are comfortable with in-unit laundry and the community is pet friendly. It is peaceful and I always felt very safe while living here. The office staff are incredible. Tyler and Walt are always prompt, helpful, and respectful. They work hard to keep the community thriving and it really shows. Living at the Bluffs was a pivotal chapter of our lives and we are so grateful for such a positive experience!
