One of the coolest music venues/bars in Indiana. Wonderful time. We also go there early and got to check out the cool posters of previous shows. Amazing music history there.
This is a really great place to see a show. The sound is usually good, and the atmosphere is great. You can get right up the stage even when the place is full. Definitely a five star venue as far as venues of the size go.
God forbid you go to see a popular act here, a sold out show is beyond a nightmare. They sell enough tickets to max out their fire capacity, which includes two bars that have no visibility of the stage, so results in the crowd compressing into the main stage area and encompassing every natural walking path in the building. You will end up fighting through a crowd packed like sardines into one third of the space in the building while you are trying to reach a bathroom and struggling to breathe from the force of people pressed together. It baffles me why they wouldn't just increase the price of tickets by half and sell two thirds of them. I pray nobody has an emergency at one of those shows, the crowd would probably step on top of them for a better view.
Best longtime local music venue in Bloomington. Any show is amazing here!!!
Fun place to go every once in awhile. they got a good band in there playing live music. drinks are reasonably priced. Overall, a good place to hang with some friends and grab some drinks.
So I've been reading the reviews and it's apparent that the owners are paying for the reviews because my experience was totally opposite of the reviews. Prices on drinks were outrageous 30 dollars for a crown n coke and a tequila sunrise, no place to sit unless you reserve a seat which isn't mentioned when buying tickets, floors about to fall through and music so loud you can barely make out the words they are singing. I've been to two shows at the blue bird and I don't think there will be a third. Cooper Alan and Bryson Cooper were awesome to watch will definitely see them again just not at that run down over priced hole in the wall venue.
Love this place! Live music and small venue is always a great combo. Only complaint, drink prices are too high.
This store is the one of the cutest ones I’ve discovered in kirkwood, the stuff is super trendy and classy at the same time even the lady who helped me out throughout was super amazing to talk to! Must visit
Train Fitness is a unique experience here in Bloomington. I love how I felt instantly comfortable when I started working out there. Part of this is due to the fact that the center is open 24 hours to accommodate a multitude of schedules and the other
