I have been wanting to eat here for several months and finally planned a date to come here! Everything from the exterior, interior, restrooms etc is purely European and meticulously maintained. It is such a beautiful property and I hope to stay in one of the rooms sometime. The entire wait staff was very friendly and provided great service all around. The food was absolutely perfect from start to finish having the burrata, chicken scallopini, salmon arugula salad, and carrot spice cake. The chef and kitchen staff did an excellent job with the menu and dishes with zero complaints on everything. This is my new favorite restaurant and I look forward to returning often!
My wife and I ate several meals here and wished that we knew about it earlier so that we could have stayed there. The service was great. The food was Amazing. The cleanliness was top notch. The Switzerland theme is beautifully done. The staff is great and hard working. This place is one of the best places that we ever ate at.
Wow, we went to Midway Utah. Wanted to experience an amazing drive with good friends and good food. We find the Blue Bore Inn, heard the food was good, and the views were amazing. Our friends told the truth. The food was good, the steak and fries were good, the soup was so good, the Rubin was freaking good. Well done, Blue Bore Inn. I thought the decorations of the place were fun and entertaining. I dont drink, but the little pub was awesome. A must-see, the town was fun!! Glad we made the drive.
The food is phenomenal. It might take a minute, but it is worth the wait. We went for breakfast and had the salmon and French toast. Both were outstanding! As far as service, it took a while for us to be acknowledged, but the waiter was nice once he came around.
Such a great atmosphere. The room was great and the bed was super comfy and cozy. The restaurant is a bit on the pricey side, but the food was great and the portions are the perfect size. I would highly recommend staying here.
The atmosphere was nice and the service was great. Very friendly. However the food was not very good. I’ve lived in Germany for 17 years and I’ve never seen a schnitzel made the way they made it. It was very bland and did not taste like traditional schnitzel. Disappointed to pay a lot for a meal that was not very good. Left hungry.

This place has a really good view of the entire Heber Valley. You get a 360 observation point itâs very beautiful from all sides. You can make it up by car. The road is very narrow, but very well-kept. The kids loved the view.
