Food is great, no doubt about it. Rooms are also hit or miss. I’ve had multiple rooms where the lights aren’t working correctly, faucet is dripping etc. Also there should be some noise rules or something. I really don’t wanna hear another couple going at it loudly for 45 minutes at 3am. Servers are hit or miss. Sometimes they are super polite and kind. Other times they barely speak and act annoyed. Also, if you have a free breakfast you are almost guaranteed to get way worse service. This is likely due to the fact that the waiter/waitress thinks you aren’t going to give them a tip so they don’t care. Recently, the staff besides waiters service has declined. I want to eat my meal in peace and that atmosphere would be great for that. However, every 2-3 minutes the atmosphere is ruined by workers speaking very loudly in Spanish. This really has ruined the atmosphere lately. I frequent here, and some nights I think I hear more Spanish than I do English. The problem isn’t the Spanish, (even though I would hopefully expect all workers to be fluent in English here) it’s how loud the workers speak to each other in Spanish. If they spoke at the same volume in English I would be just as annoyed. This wouldn’t bother me if I was at Chili’s or iHop but this restaurant is better than that. I used to love the calm, fancy atmosphere of the restaurant but lately it honestly has felt like I’m eating at a Mexican restaurant with the level of loud workers speaking in Spanish. I honestly am sad because this place used to have the BEST staff of any place I can think of. Everyone used to be super friendly, super polite, the waiters/waitresses used to be always be awesome, and staff used to always keep the fancy atmosphere. These days though I just can’t say that anymore.

It exceeded our expectations, but not as expensive as we anticipated. Waitress was a wonder woman, super friendly, thoughtful, and everywhere at once. Coming next year, but spending the night! Thank you, Blue Boar!

We went for my wife's birthday. The Inn offers loads of character and charm. We stayed in the William Shakespeare room. It was comfortable and quaint. The AC was a little confusing, but the staff took care of that. The staff was very helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with during our stay.

Third times a charm. I have tried to eat here before today but they were closed for private events. Finally got here for a delicious late lunch on the charming patio. Food was exceptional, french onion soup, watermelon goat cheese salad with grilled chicken and their Ruben with parm/rosemary fries. YUM. Service excellent...we plan to make this a weekly lunch! Oh, and while sitting having lunch on the patio two bald eagles were flying about!

If you're looking for a bed and breakfast in a Utah town that definitely looks like it's out of Switzerland, and you want the bed and breakfast to be literature themed and have numerous and varied crossbows on the walls and nicely taxidermied critters here and there, with unbelievable risotto, the Blue Boar Inn is the place for you. We spent a very nice, relaxing anniversary here in the William Shakespeare room. We had dinner and the sous vide chicken and the fondue and the French onion soup and the braised pork shank were all great. The risotto was glorious. A revelation. Heavenly. And the breakfast was excellent. Cinnamon brioche French toast, bacon, oatmeal... all delightful. The service was exemplary as well. The location is gorgeous. Note that if stairs are a serious challenge for you, this might be a hard place to get around in. Excellent, world class experience!

Love ❤️ this charming, quaint & and romantic little gem that has a Germanic-Swiss feel. Love being surrounded by the many interesting, unique & antique decorative pieces. It's my favorite restaurant when skiing in PC. Fantastic wine, cocktail, dinner & dessert menus! Loved the Irish coffee. ☘️ Excellent, attentive & skilled waitstaff! Lovely setting with beautiful views of the mountains. Hallways are interesting to meander through to admire the walls of culinary awards, ski medals, native artwork & German-Swiss decor. Cozy little bar to enjoy a drink. Hope to stay at their Inn sometime. Beautiful neighborhood! Addt'l parking lot with a quick, easy & safe walk to the restaurant. Definitely recommend & and plan to go back!

Had eaten here on a previous trip and was so impressed with the food and atmosphere we decided stay for several days on this visit . We weren’t disappointed . Kelly was especially helpful and gave us some great ideas on things to do. Being a vineyard and restaurant owner we can appreciate the effort it takes to maintain the quality of the services rendered in these challenging times.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and were not disappointed! The room we stayed in was cozy. I loved the turn-down service, the fluffy robes, the fireplace, the in room snacks, and the Austrian details. The included breakfast was opulent, filling, and delicious. The staff are busy, but attentive. We always felt well cared for. Do not be deterred by their broken website - this place is a gem. They have incredible food, attentive and kind staff, and great accommodations. Things of note: The ensuite bathroom felt dated, had poor lighting and a less than stellar shower experience. The TV is old, it was a 780p flat screen that included cable but no streaming options. The rooms do not have phones or alarm clocks. While these things would NOT deter us from booking again they did feel out-of-place when everything else was so well thought out.

This place has a really good view of the entire Heber Valley. You get a 360 observation point it’s very beautiful from all sides. You can make it up by car. The road is very narrow, but very well-kept. The kids loved the view.

Such a perfect way to start the day. The pastry was light, flakey, and oh so delicious. The selection of baked goods was wonderful. I cannot wait to go back.

Very cool place to check out. Everyone was friendly and the water was nice and warm! We paid extra for the snorkel gear, but I wouldn't recommend that - there really wasn't much to see. They keep the attendance numbers low so that you have plenty of

Had a great time with the kids and grandkids! 2 hours of up the mountain, down the mountain! 6 lanes of tubing, about 200 people, maybe a bit less. The lines go pretty fast. The treadmill lift was great. Sign said 7 minutes up, but only 1 time did it
