Located in mission, an unassuming place. A great place grab a healthy bite! This is family owned Turkish & Mediterranean food. Amazing services and food. Lentils soup, falafel are must try. They even offered us a baklava desert on the house. Review update: we normally not go same place twice when travelling. We just have to come back to the bit after a long day of event to have the heart warming lentil soup and a big fresh salad. Different server same amazing food and service 😻 Cleanness: excellent Washroom: clean! Price: very affordable Speed of service: excellent
Great food- The Bite fries are sooo tasty, as are the truffle parmesan fries! Lamb & beef gyro and beef kabob rice bowl both delicious! Recommend!
First of all; one of thee cleanest, nicest spots I entered in the downtown San Fran area! The food was ahHhhhmazing! Way better than I even expected! Simple yet impeccable execution! Good quality! Portions are more than generous!

Craving the flavors of the Mediterranean, I stumbled upon this gem due to its excellent online reviews—and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. But the real star of the show was the food! The Bite's extended hours, staying open until 2 AM on certain days, make it the perfect late-night spot for those enjoying the city after hours.

If you're looking for a healthy and affordable place to eat this is it! Food and service was amazing. I had an organic beef and rice bowl. Presentation was great and food tasted even better. Everything was hot and fresh. Salads looked just as good. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area. Located in a sketchier part of San Francisco but it's worth the walk if you're close by. Once you step inside it feels like a different world.
I order the gyro wrap and feta fries every other month as I work nearby. I was always slightly concerned due to the area but rolled the dice anyway... WELL rolling the dice today was the absolute worst decision because after getting through a layer of fries, I found PURE GREEN/BLUE MOLD in the cheese!!! I'm considering forcing myself to purge so I don't suffer later because I have NO idea WHAT I just ate 😭. NEVER AGAIN UPDATE BASED ON BUSINESS REPLY: I have been coming here and ordering these fries for over a year and I have literally never ever seen a green color on them. There would have to be an inordinate amount of mint to make it green, and if so, why was only one patch was green out of the whole thing? This is what freaked me out and I can't imagine any person would not similarly question it... On top of that, the fries were definitely not fresh. They were quite soggy and tasteless and a huge disappointment as they are normally quite tasty and smell amazing. RECOMMENDATION: The photo I posted was obviously not blurred. I used a flash and got super close so I could examine it even more closely on my phone than the naked eye could see. I would not do something like that to a small local business unless I was truly concerned about quality or safety. I definitely wouldn't falsify anything to that end either. What exactly would I get out of that? I can understand that you might be defensive because I am not happy with your product from this particular day, but "laughing" and telling me to "enjoy the top notch fries" is just plain disrespectful. I found a patch of green stuff in my fries and am posting this so others might see as well if it is useful for their information. If it's mint, and you want to differentiate your sauce from others, mix it thoroughly so it doesn't look like mold. You never got a complaint from me UNTIL THE DAY I FOUND GREEN STUFF IN MY FRIES. Look, feedback is a regular part of life. Nothing is perfect all the time. How we handle feedback and move forward is the most telling thing about who we are.
