The Bistro - Modern European restaurant in Bay Harbor Islands - 1023 Kane Concourse, USA

We had a spectacular family reunion dinner for 30 people at The Bistro. Rosie helped us plan the whole event and was very thorough and easy to work with. With Rosie’s help, we had a delicious multi-course dinner with choices at each course. The serving staff were very friendly and attentive. Our family had a wonderful evening and a true five star experience. We highly recommend The Bistro for a wonderful meal and dining experience.

Get the pressed juice, and ask the server for recommendations. Our blend wasn’t on the menu (but you can mix any fruits/veggies), so the server made a suggestion that was really good. The pancakes were pretty looking but kind of dense and next time would go with the server’s recommendation of French toast instead. The Spanish eggs and sausage were decent. Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere if you sit outside. Indoors seems a little fancy. Nice option if you’re local in the Bay Harbor area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The eggs Benedict were perfect. Yes perfect! Real hollandaise sauce…not some packaged sauce. Perfectly poached eggs. The Spanish bowl was fabulous too. Would definitely recommend giving them a try. Service was great too!

What a nice unexpected surprise: I had some time to have breakfast before my appointment, and I ordered a delicious soft taco egg, spinach and avocado omelette, with Cholula sauce. HEAVENLY! Perfect and healthy. They also have almond milk, and accommodate your dishes to all dairy allergies. Very reasonably priced, with great service and staff. I know when to come next when I will be in the neighborhood!

I ordered lamb chops, was told there wasn’t any, then five minutes later told they had one more. Was not a fan of the lamb chops. The fries were good though

This used to be my go to breakfast spot. Last few times I've been here have been so so. How do you mess up a bagel? Toasted to well done seved cold... French toast was good. Need to end it here. I need to go inside to get myself another soda.

Lobster is the best thing on the menu but they don’t have it all the time. They actually only had one and it is what we came for. We asked if they had two were told yes, but after being seated they said they only had for one. So disappointed. Second time this has happened. If they I knew I’d have gone somewhere else for seafood. I think most locals think this is just a breakfast and lace so they don’t have much seafood even though it’s on the menu. The service is amazing and the staff is the best. My only complaint is no lobster.

The overall experience was not a pleasant one. Service was just there no special treatment or help w menu. The chicken Dijon was a very thing over cooked quarter of breast and loaded w sauce to cover for the faulty cooking. The Baguette Sandwich was much better having mozzarella and serrano ham. The atmosphere was cold to say the least. Not willing to return for a while.
