The Biscuit Bar - New American restaurant in Abilene - 2447 N Judge Ely Blvd, USA

I would've liked to explore more of the offerings, but this was a surprise second breakfast for me, and so I just got some 'dessert' French toast. Service was quick and the staff was friendly.

My first time ever trying the biscuit bar and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the hot honey chicken. The chicken was juicy and well marinated, the biscuit was buttery and soft, and the honey put everything together. We also ordered the hot cocoa biscuit and it was really good! Very affordable as well.

Stopped in for breakfast and we’re sure glad we did! We had the regular biscuits and gravy, hot honey sandwich, and French toast biscuits. All were so delicious. The hot honey was our favorite. The chicken was perfectly cooked. We can’t wait to go back and try more!

nothing healthy about it. sometimes ya just gotta eat it anyway. it’s vacation right? i didn’t expect the steak in my salad to be like roast beef from a roast beef sandwich but otherwise it was good. those loaded tater tots were awesome as well as the biscuit nuggets. we need one of these places in Amarillo.

The BEST experience we had! Megan at the register was friendly help,and suggest nothing but GOOD FOOD! She gave us good service,and was very attentive . I Had the Hoss,and my drink was nitro cold brew! Super delicious defiantly recommended ! Will be going back for more 😊.

Stopped in for a breakfast biscuit and was greeted by a very friendly employee at the counter. The biscuits are big! Definitely filling. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and husband ordered same with bacon. No complaints! It was not dry at all! The cheese sauce helps for sure. The biscuit itself was the perfect texture and flavor. Will definitely be back!

We went there for the first time. It's incredibly good! There's a variety of menu. Location is good. Interior is nice. Don't forget to order loaded sweet potato tots! Fried chicken is also really yum! I wish it's bigger pieces and I wish i could add extra fried chicken!

Its an interesting place to visit at least once. I had the Philly cheese biscuit for $9. The biscuit/sandwich was the size of my palm. The sodas are unique for $3.00 raspberry, cream, &blackberry colas. Tater tots (about a sonic medium size) $4. Although, with gravy, cheese & green onions was delicious 😋. On a much cooler day it would be great to go sit pond side & enjoy the atmosphere. Ohhhhh & on the weekends they have $5 mimosas & other drinks. Not busy at all at 3-5pm Wednesday.
