Fantastic edition to Liberty Lake! We picked up my daughter’s new bike here earlier this year and she wants to ride everywhere now! I also just recently stopped in on a Saturday to get a new inner tube as I found I had a flat and I promised her we’d go for a ride. They had a new one installed in less than 5 minutes! Thanks!

I dropped my bike off for a tune up and handle bar wrap. The Bike Hub at Liberty lake did a great job with my bike. They cleaned it so well that I almost don’t want to ride it and dirty it up. They did a great job re-wrapping my handle bars. They went the extra mile and cleaned up and re-capped my fraying shifter cables.

Had my new bike shipped there, they put it together, and so far, I'm enjoying it. When I came and got it, they were very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Definitely will go there first for all my bike needs Only one downside: At the time I went, they were out of stock of a few things I was looking for.

I had just moved to Spokane from Anchorage and needed to find a new LBS. I came to the Downtown location of the Bike Hub just due to the proximity of my apartment. When I entered with my bike I was greeted by two friendly guys who were patient and understanding of my request. While we discussed what I needed done with my bike they were knowledgeable and forthright. I was kept up to date with about how the work on my bike consistently with accurate timetables and shipping times for components my bike required.

Shout out to Rick at the Bike Hub for outstanding service! While traveling through the area, had a rear brake fail on an ebike. Stopped by to see if they would even have time take a look at it in the next two days before we had to leave, as other bike service shops we spoke with were running 5+ days to even look at it. Rick said he would find time to take a look before we had to depart. Received a call from Rick a couple of hours later that they had looked at the brake. While they did not have the parts in stock for our specific bike to fix it and could not get them in before we left, they were able to adjust it a bit. Left with a good understanding of what was needed to get it fully repaired and what our options are for doing so down the road. Don't know that we will be back in the area anytime soon, but if we are and need any work on our bikes, this would be out first stop. Based on our experience, we would highly reccomend this shop.

They just did a last minute brake fix for me even though they closed in 10 minutes. They were so kind and knowledgeable. Definitely using them again if we need it!

I had several questions about a bike I had just found for free, and they were very helpful. They gave me honest feedback and advice on what is best for me rather than trying to get me to buy things I don't need.
