The Best Value Inn - Motel in Albany - 1941 Central Ave, USA

If your homeless this is cheapest cleanest option for the price point.Not the Marriott but your not out in the street

They have bed bugs and rats and the heat doesn't work. There's no staff, no wash clothes, towels and tissues. I had the worst experience ever, I don't know how this is legal or even orating like this. Save your money, it's not worth it. Truthfully my rating for them would have been -10 if that was available

My fiance and I paid 290 dollars a week. Ten of which for wifi that doesn't work at all. It was filthy and full of mice. There are layers and layers of grime on every surface. The toilet seat doesn't stay up. Toilet runs 24 hours a day. The air conditioner filter had two inches of dust built up. The laundry room reeks of BO. The dryers (which cost 1.50) take 3 times to dry your clothes. The sheets are filthy the comforter doesn't fit the bed. There is never anyone in the office making it impossible to get cleaning supplies,vacuum, toilet paper, your mail etc. One man that works there is the most rude and horrible human being you will ever meet. I could go on and on about how disgusting and horrible my stay at the best value inn was. Coming here would be the biggest mistake of your life.

If I give this place a minus 0 I definitely would. I got a room there at the Best Value Inn yesterday afternoon.paid $65, went to my and unpacked.went into the bathroom and immediately noticed that the shower and sink were filthy.there was left over drug paraphernalia still in all the dressers, and the TV wasn't working. Went back to the office to ask for another room, but the guy that runs the place was gone. Tried calling the office to leave a message, but just rang and rang.. for six hours I tried getting in touch with the owner or anyone that worked there.could not take a shower or even watch TV.. Bright and early this morning I went to the office to ask for another room but was told that I should have told him.Swearing up and down he was still there when I went to the room. I feel that I was ripped off.. said it wasn't his fault and the guy who was supposed to be there didn't show up. Someone was in the office, watching TV, cause my third trip to the office I could see the flickering, but as soon as I made it to the stairs, the flickering stopped.Three times that happened. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Tompkins much better for your health and wallet..

. Low priced is the only good quality. Dirty, saw a roach. Took long for water to heat. "No heat in room. " only AC .Theres cold drafts thru doors and spaces in wall where the a.c is and they are thieves. Period. I payed for a week and left after a few hours. receipt proof shown. I went to store and had things out. Missing. Called about missing items was told we can't promise there return yet i literally just left room and hoped on bus last min across the street and called immediately. Was told room wasnt touched yet. Called all day and calls were ignored. I finally got tired of the games and called from a different number and they answered right away. Thieves. Dont have Any valuable there

I will rate that 3 stars and will pass my deep sympathy for the Mr Carlos Barrera's family especially Miss Rida as his daughter from second marriage to polish girl who is unfortunately in nursing home at present moment and doesn't remember much. I do remember that is most important how attractive and youthful you are and were especially flirting at age 92 yo Mr Carlos Barrera. Miss Rida, i met recently Mr Bill aka William former maintenance person of Best Value Inn. I am glad you sold your property to DG. Not sure how it beneficial for you but i am greatfull always for your support in period of 2014-2015 to me and my daughter. Have a wonderful weekend, Miss Rida and your family, greetings to your mom even she has Alzheimer's.
