The Bentley Inn - Inn in Bay Head - 694 Main Ave, USA

We stayed at The Bentley Inn during a quick getaway for our anniversary to breathe some salt air and ear fresh seafood. The Inn was very welcoming, clean, and homey. Bay Head is a very quiet, quaint area and the beach is beautiful. The second floor wrap around porch is perfect for evening relaxing and the European style breakfast is delicious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Had a delightfully pleasant stay at the Bentley. We were looking for a post season (Sept./Oct.) weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The Inn oozes a warm welcome; the decor will pique one's curiosity and prompt a smile. Service and breakfast were excellent. Our room was cozy with access to the porch that overlooked Ocean Ave. We found the Bentley's location to be an easy walk to the beach and central to exploring the area as well as enjoying a few activities that were on our to-do list for the weekend.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in this charming inn. Upon opening the door you are immediately greeted with the sounds, scent, and decor of a Californian-styled lobby. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff could not be more kind. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel!

The Bentley is such a special place! We love an easy stroll to the beach, but even more appreciate the thoughtful touches throughout the Inn and the amazing team. The style of each element was on point and discovering all the little crannies was a treat — especially loved the second floor porch surrounded by plants and the reading nook downstairs. Slipping into bed with the ice cold AC and their perfect bed linens was divine, as was waking up to their fresh breakfast spread. My only word of caution is to proceed with care if you browse the boutique…. I fell victim to three separate shopping trips and could barely fit my new treasures into my suitcase. We just returned from our third stay at The Bentley. We absolutely love this B&B! Each year, it just gets better and better with new upgrades each time we go. Location can’t be beat and the parking is a big plus. This year we upgraded to a king room and it was beautiful and the bathroom big and lovely. Love the porch outside our room. We highly recommend The Bentley and plan on making this a yearly trip!!

We had the best experience at the Bentley Inn! This surfer chíc inn is located one block from the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants! Anna and Olivia were so accommodating to our every need and made our stay so seamless. Our room was super clean/comfortable and stocked with plenty of towels, refreshments, snacks, beach bag and towels and smart TV. Breakfast was also provided with our stay and was perfect and convenient ! This inn has a lovely store curated with well priced clothing, swimsuits (some designed by one of their employees!), books, jewelry, candles etc. We absolutely will be going back for another stay.

We just got home from our stay at the Bentley Inn and we miss it already! What a lovely place to enjoy a few days at the beach - which is very conveniently located one block away. We loved sitting on the upstairs porch at night, and the breakfast was very tasty. This is a great inn with such a welcoming vibe. Thank you.

Absolutely one of the most lovely, clean and accommodating Inns that we have ever stayed at. The staff are over the top, in a nice way, so informative, kind and friendly. I love the beach vibe and comfortable living room space for guests. The breakfast is Perfect and the coffee is out of this world good! I would recommend this beautiful, comfortable Inn to friends and family and will surely return! One very happy customer.
