I thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. The apartments themselves are very nice and modern. The pool is stunning along with the gym and party room that they offer. The faculty are amazing and very kind along with being very helpful! I would recommend anyone to live here if they are looking for a safe, quiet, and beautiful living space!
Living at the bend has been exceptional. Leasing office is extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming! Maintenance is top tier in which you put in a request they make sure they’re out fixing the issue at the latest of a day. Super quiet apartment complex that is extremely affordable in a growing community. You cannot find a good as a rate for the amount of square feet in BCS.
I was The Bend's very 1st resident back in June 2015...and I am still here!!! The management & maintenance team have been exceptional & responsive for all of these 8+ years...always available, courteous & prompt! Perfect location for B-CS! Does not feel like I live in an apartment complex...feels like Home! Quiet & safe!!!
This is a beautiful place to live in College Station! The staff and maintance staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a quiet grad student and family friendly enviornment. There is a park close by to exercise at. Overall, I really have enjoyed staying here!
Stayed here for 3 years, never had a problem and always paid early. We had our apartment professionally cleaned monthly. (molly maids) When it came time to move out they kept our whole deposit and charged us an additional $600 on top for “cleaning”. Even tried to only credit us for less than half of the deposit so they could get more money out of us. They will try to mark up and make you pay more when you move out. very dissatisfied with our experience.
Currently live here, and absolutely love it! It's quiet, clean, and very spacious. The management is ontop of everything, and very kind, including the maintenance crew!
Maintenance has been efficient. Internet provider is reliable. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Overall great apartment complex.
