The attention to detail in this place is off the charts. Amazing private rooms for events and the staff goes the extra mile to ensure that your group has a fantastic and enjoyable time. I had the honor of capturing photos from several events at this venue including indoor and outdoor settings. Highly recommend this location for your next event!
The Battery is a trendy and hip place with multiple bars and restaurants plus a gym, spa and hotel facilities. The service was very good and we had an excellent lunch. There are also outdoor dining and place to do casual work. Great location in the financial district.
I've been a member for years and I'm very disappointed with how bad the service and experience has become. the ambience is lacking in and service staff. It's incompetent seems like they've been working no performance reviews.
Long-time member and am planning to drop it. Recently got to know some of the people who run the place and had a very poor experience. The building is beautiful and I always wanted it to be great, but in the end it's a facade that is extremely mediocre beneath the surface. Such a shame because it has so much potential.
Horrible place. Old man manager at front (Frank?) useless and lazy. Director of membership, Thomas Kennedy, incompetent and downright idiotic.
Most members, low class. No taste. A waste.
Disappointing to say the least! The only positive thing about The Battery is that the room was pleasent and clean, but one would hope that would be true of any accommodation. Just to dispel any myth, the concept of this place being a members club is amusing to say the least. We arrived and had to bang on the door to get entry as there was no staff, doormen, or even reception staff. The poor guy that checked us in obviously wasn't very familiar with the process and we found ourselves surrounded by drunken guests at the desk while we were trying to get our room key. No one to help with bags and we had to find our own way to the room. We arranged with the front desk to have 3 family members join us for drinks on our first evening only to find that the Rooftop bar closed, Courtyard closed, main bar only had high tables available and so we were told to go to the library bar. when we got there we were asked to leave as they had a party of 6 arriving!! The whole experience was embarrassing and extremely confusing. When I spoke to the manager he reassured me that he would address the problem. No feedback given so I had to contact him and his feedback was that basically it was our fault as we did not find the bar manager and speak to him. Overall, do not expect any service from this place apart from an extremely expensive clean room. I think they are obviously short staffed and very badly managed and totally unprofessional... someone needs to overhaul their concept of guest service! DO NOT be fooled with what's advertised on their website, the reality is much different, stay in the Four Seasons, where you actually get treated like valued guest.
Excellent service for non members! Serene space, bienveillant and benevolent, excellent for casual, business or formal lunches and dinners! Not pretentious and diverse. You need a member to invite you but even when the member has to leave early the service remains excellent
Highly recommend the newly remodeled Parlor room for receptions. The penthouse is incredible for all-day team meeting and investor presentations with catered lunches.
HIT is not really my thing, nor is working out just for the sake of working out, but this team is rocking it. They've gotten me to come back more times than I thought I would and that's a credit to their energy and encouragement â¤ï¸

A few weeks ago was my first time at StretchLab. I was well informed about the process before and during the session. It was a very positive experience! Finances allowing I will definitely go back. Thank you Brynn!
The Neighborhood Tour with Lisa was so useful in our search for a home in SF. She listened to all our requests for the characteristics of the property we were looking for, as well as our preferred locations. We knew nothing of the city coming into th
I have trained BJJ at many gyms around the world over the past 8 years, but without a doubt have never met anyone with the passion or enthusiasm that Jake has for the art.
