Had an awesome experience at the basement valley location tonight for their secret opening. Food was awesome and our server Parker was the best - such a sweet girl. Will def be back!

Delicious food.. pizza is amazing.. try the Kaluger Chicken pizza.. it’s like mixing wings and pizza.. definitely worth a stop and they are open late!!
The guy at the door was awesome, but he was the only redeeming quality of the experience. Abysmal service. I ordered the fish sandwich, and it was mediocre at best. The coleslaw tasted like last year's. Some people at my table liked their food, but it took us about two hours to get in and out. Avoid.
Worst service I think I've had in years. The bartender was barely present physically and mentally and was too preoccupied chatting with other employees and her friends to care. The food was OK. The sampler platter is good for the price. There's other places you can go in the same area with better food and service if you're willing to pay for it. I just moved into the apartments in the same parking lot and don't think I'll be back here often. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else. TLDR: Food good. Service is awful.
