Stayed here before. Really like the rooms. Especially with a stove and refrigerator. Coming back to start a new job and this is a great starting point.

The staff is very professional and caring. The neighborhood is nice, close to shopping and dining. It's an older place, but in good condition. The pool his awesome!! As for service pets; both my daughters have a service pet, and both their service pets are very welcome here, with no issues. Maintenance: when we first came here, there was an issues with out toilet not wanting to flush, a new toilet was immediately put in. I was very surprised!! I thought they'd use a plumbing snake or something, but it was old, so they replaced it. Also, they just put 4 new washers and 4 new dryers in, so laundry facility is always available. I do recommend you try this establishment, at first I was unsure, but it's been a nice experience. I love that the range/stove is gas. There's a full kitchen, awesome pool, plenty of washers and dryers, and the management and staff are pretty awesome.

While in between homes during a move, I stayed here for 3 weeks. I found the place to be clean n comfortable. The pool was always sparkling clean n inviting. What impressed me the most was how nice n ready to be of help the management n her staff was at all times. The other people staying there long term were very friendly also. Never had an issue with noise or anyone annoying me. There was a small laundry room that was also very clean n smelt good everytime I walked past it. The place has a good number of surveillence cameras from front to the back. I parked in the very back n many times it was late night or very early morning but the parking area was so well lit n with the cameras, I never once felt unsafe. In short, The Barrington turned out to be a much nicer place to stay than I initially thought it would be. I have nothing negative to say about my stay!

Hidden gem! Don't tell anyone else shhh! Great staff. Affordable. Convenient location. Quiet and comfy. Pet friendly. Older, a little smoky, but they try hard to keep things clean.

I live here and everyday it is a battle of whether we will have water or not. Last week we had a major leak in our closet. Manager had another resident come in to fix it. It destroyed a lot of our stuff. Now tonight we go into the closet and the leak is back. Why would you have a resident come in to fix a problem. They don't know what the hell they are doing. Now we have had to throw out more of our stuff. I had to steam clean my own carpet to get rid of the nasty water and mildew smell out of the apartment because management and staff were throwing a party. They felt that was more important.

This was supposed to be a temporary place until we got back on our feet. We've been here over a year now not realizing what I was going to happen during the covid. My wife now has a job as soon as I can get another vehicle I have a job again we'll be moving out. it's not a bad place to live people gossip a lot some people been here for 15 years because it's still living quarters it's not a bad place to live but don't want to stay here forever.

I am very pleased with the staff very friendly and outgoing. We had several issues arise within the apartment and the maintenance man was professional and very knowledgeable compared to previous places we have lived. I love how quiet it is at night and everyone is very friendly.

Moved here when management was awful. New management in place now and things are looking up. Great place to live if you're trying to save money...all bills paid even cable w/HBO.. Saving for a home and this place makes saving money so easy, cheap rent and no utilities. Some cons small and dated but works for one person. Pros...gas stove! cheap and they take debit and credit cards to pay rent with no fees..no need for checks or money orders anymore.
